I am just wondering how long the average person runs?
I don't want to know how long it takes a person to run a mile because that seems to be all I am getting on Google.
If you don't know the average person, can you tell me how long you can run for?

Is a hormone replacement therapy pill the same as a birth control pill?
I went to an OBGYN a few weeks ago for birth control. I said that I was looking for birth control to regulate my period and to help maybe clear up my acne. I also made it pretty clear that sometime in the near future I might become sexually active which the birth control would also benefit me obviously. She said that Yaz would be my best bet with wanting to clear up my skin. She told me all about it and gave me papers for Yaz and everything. Turns out my insurance would only cover a generic version. So she called and said she is going to put me on Angeliq. I've never heard of it before but it was much cheaper and she said it was just as effective for my skin and to help regulate my periods. I've been on it for ... well today will be my 5th day (Got my period Friday and started taking it that day.) I decided to google the pill and read some reviews on it. I went to their website and turns out it's a menopause pill? I'm only 18. Also on the website it states "Do not use if you are pregnant. Use an effective form of birth control, and tell your doctor if you become pregnant during treatment." Looking farther into it, turns out it's considered a HRT pill. Is a HRT and BCP the same thing. So say after taking the pill for a month (the doctor said to wait a month while on the pill before coming active just to be safe.) I have sex, will it still prevent pregnancy or no? I'm so confused.
Does iqqu acne serum work?
I've always seen these products on michelle phan's videos and read some reviews about it. Most of them were positive results, but it's , so I'm still debating on whether I should get it or not.
I have whiteheads, blackheads, acne scars, pimples, big pores that I want to clear up.
Please reply if you've used iqqu acne serum!

I squeezed my blackhead out and now it's red!!?
So I have only one blackhead (on my nose) and I started out Neutrogena Vanishing acne cream on it just to see what it would do, and a couple days later, I noticed that the blackhead was half-way out! (Luckily it was still while I was in my house so no one saw). So I looked up how to squeeze it out professionally (Via Google) and did it. Then I washed my face and moisturized it and noticed instead of my blackhead being black, it's red! Not on the outside, but on the inside! There's no blood inside and it doesn't hurt when I touch it. It's been 3 days! Now what?

UPDATE! Sacred Heart Diet & Super Colon Cleanse
No purging in two whole weeks baby. TWO WHOLE WEEKS. Yay! I am so happy. Even though i've had many triggering emotions withing the past few days, i am holding strong. Praise God! Forgot to mention in the vid, it is only through His amazing power that i have been blessed to withhold from this addiction for this long. Tomorrow, i am going on the Sacred Heart Diet. It is a very healthy diet. Google it...It's been around awhile. It is used a lot of times to help those suffering from obesity to lose weight. My mom and sister are also joining me, that way i won't be alone and won't have the chance to become obsessed with it at anytime. Not sure if i mentioned this in previous vids, but i am going on a vacation to HAWAII with my family! It will be fun...until i put on a bikini, heh. So hopefully this diet will help me to tone up in a healthy way. Lastly, i need some tips on colon cleansing. I am using the Super Colon Cleanse, in pill form, which is like a natural fiber. HOWEVER, i am having current side effects. You guessed it! Diarrhea, MAJOR. I am just curious, is this like, the "norm" for the colon cleansing process? I need some counciling on some expert colon cleansers here...pretty please?
How ugly do you find severe acne?
Take into account numerous blackheads, whiteheads and very dry skin (flaking). If you need to see it google it and reduce the severity by half as those are the worst cases in the world.
How unnatractive do you find it in the other sex.
Just answer the question, please; dont say any of the 'beauty is in the...' or similar remarks founded on lies.
DIY Spa Treatment? Please help!?
Hi! I wanted to do a complete spa day.... and I need to know what to do. Face masks (for acne-prone skin. Or normal.), hair masks, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that you need to have a whole spa day, pretty much. And they should all be home-made (hence the DIY in the title) so no Biore or whatever products... Sorry I'm being so picky! So yeah, just everything you do in a spa. Like um, body/face exfoliation, masks, baths?? Whatever :@)
