will doctor give me accutane on my first visit?
I have never been to a dermatologist before and tomorrow will be my first time going to one. I have been dealing with on and off again acne since I was 14. I have had every kind of pimple in the book, cystic, white heads, black heads, nodules, you name it, Ive had it. It wasn't until recently and i would say about two months ago that I started breaking out worse than I ever have in my life.
I am now 18 and have acne like a 13 year old going through puberty.
I'm so sick of dealing with this problem and I just dont want to have to deal with it while going into adulthood where I would like to go to school, and start a career and live my life. Lately, I have been getting severe acne and just one after another, after another. Mostly every part of my face right now is covered in either a scab/scar from a pimple or just a plain pimple. I feel like every morning I wake up, there is a new pimple on my face. I am hoping that tomorrow my doctor will see my skin and the massive amounts of marks and pimples that my face has and will instead of prescribing some worthless cream, will prescribe me accutane so that I cant fight this and rid it for good.
I've tried practically every type of product on my face, ProActiv, Acne Free, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Philosophy, Biore and I am currently using St. Ive's, which I found worked for me tremendously before my breakout and has now suddenly not worked for me like it use to.
I know a friend of mine who is on doxycycline and her results looks great, although her acne wasnt as bad as mine is now. I considered that and thought it would be a good idea but after watching all these videos on youtube of people filming their accutane diaries and noticing how their skin isnt even remotely as bad as mine is to begin with and then seeing their results and how they praise the stuff up and down. It's only made me crave it even more..
so my question is, after all this ranting, is do you think the doctor would prescribe me accutane even though this is my first visit to him?
I'm so frustrated cause I had gone and he prescribed me minocycline and it isnt working at all and ive been taking it for three days and am religously using the damn duac and retin a. NO RESULTS. it just makes my pimples less red but i dont want pimples AT ALL.
also, it's doing absolutely nothing for my scars and dark spots from previous pimples.

hi i am 15 years old and theres a few things wrong wth me
i was diagnosed with delayedd puberty so i had injected testosterone.
i was definite that i am going through puberty since august 10.
before this i was diagnosed with having a shortage og growth ormone. the average is 7.7 and i had 4.4
now i am taking injections everyday to try to get my growth level back to normal
i was wondering if this hormone i am injecting is affecting my penis size?
it has grown a little bit since the injections but i am not sure if this is the hormone or the puberty.
its all really confusing for me so i wanted to ask someone i don't know on yahoo who knows this sort of stuff.

i REALLY need help with my acne!!!!!?
ok...so im 13 and i have reaaallllyyy oily skin. i only get pimples on my t-zone area. i have about 5 or 6 redish not HUGE but bigish pimples on my forehead. and then i have 3 red ones on my chin and a couple around my nose. and then the rest of my tzone area is covered in tiiiinnnyyyy little skin colored pimple bump things....when i put on concealer and foundation their not that noticeable...but it your like talking to me like sitting next to me you can see them. i use cetaphil cleanser for oily skin twice a day. and on the big red pimples i use clean and clear acne spot treatment just on the pimple. ive been using this routine since about a week ago. nothings happening. the pimples on my forehead have gone down a bit but their as red as ever. i mean i know im a teen and im going through puberty and everything but its bugging me so bad. it brings down my self esteem arow to negative 100. my bad skin makes me feel so ugly. =( my mom said "oh sweetie your acne isnt that bad you dont need to go see a dermatologist. your just going through puberty and theyll be gone soon enough". we cant really aford to go to a dermatologist anyway. and we cant afford to get me any expensive products. but i do have a job and so i guess if thats what it takes i can buy a product that will help. but ive tried a lot of stuff....and nothings working..and my hope for cear skin is almost out. all my friends have clear beautiful skin and their my age and for some reason they dont get acne...uuugggghhhh I HATE ACNEEEEEE. everybodys like "oh use this product it works miracles" blah blah blah...i try it and of course it doesnt work or it makes my face worse...PPLLLEEEAAASSEEEE HELLLPPP MEEEEE!!!!!
Help to get rid of Acne?
Is there anything I can use to get rid of acne? I'm fourteen and I know I'm going through puberty, but it's humiliating and gross. I don't want to use anything that dries out my skin or only gets rid of acne for a while then it comes back. Is there anyway to get rid of the blackheads on my nose? I was thinking about buying Acne Free Severe but I don't have severe acne. I had Proactiv but I heard everywhere that it dries out your skin. So many sites have so many links to so many acne products and I want to know which actually work so I'm not wasting money. I eat fruit and veggies. Probably not as much fruit as I should, but I try. I think I drink enough water. Even with doing those things, I don't think it will actually work. Also, is there any home remedies that I could try and that actually work? Please and thanks!
What is the best spot treatment rare acne?
I hardly ever have acne, and until recently I started getting 2 or 3 pimples at a time on my chin. I bought Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 to get rid of them, and it dried them out and whatnot but then I stopped using it since they went away and then they just came right back. Is there reasoning behind this? I haven't changed my daily routine as far as washing my face, etc. so I don't know why I'm getting acne all of a sudden.
Is there a better product out there that will get rid of them for good, or do I just have to deal with it for now?
P.S. I am not going through puberty. I'm 21 years old.

Any products, secrets, daily things to prevent acne or break-outs....note that I am in 6th grade so I'm going through puberty, so it's very hard to get rid of acne.
