I REALLY need help with my acne!!!!!?

ok...so im 13 and i have reaaallllyyy oily skin. i only get pimples on my t-zone area. i have about 5 or 6 redish not HUGE but bigish pimples on my forehead. and then i have 3 red ones on my chin and a couple around my nose. and then the rest of my tzone area is covered in tiiiinnnyyyy little skin colored pimple bump things....when i put on concealer and foundation their not that noticeable...but it your like talking to me like sitting next to me you can see them. i use cetaphil cleanser for oily skin twice a day. and on the big red pimples i use clean and clear acne spot treatment just on the pimple. ive been using this routine since about a week ago. nothings happening. the pimples on my forehead have gone down a bit but their as red as ever. i mean i know im a teen and im going through puberty and everything but its bugging me so bad. it brings down my self esteem arow to negative 100. my bad skin makes me feel so ugly. =( my mom said oh sweetie your acne isnt that bad you dont need to go see a dermatologist. your just going through puberty and theyll be gone soon enough. we cant really aford to go to a dermatologist anyway. and we cant afford to get me any expensive products. but i do have a job and so i guess if thats what it takes i can buy a product that will help. but ive tried a lot of stuff....and nothings working..and my hope for cear skin is almost out. all my friends have clear beautiful skin and their my age and for some reason they dont get acne...uuugggghhhh I HATE ACNEEEEEE. everybodys like oh use this product it works miracles blah blah blah...i try it and of course it doesnt work or it makes my face worse...PPLLLEEEAAASSEEEE HELLLPPP MEEEEE!!!!!

What are some facial products that are really effective on acne?

I have dry combination skin. My T-zones are oily. I have a acne problem when I eat a lot of junk. I'm 14 so I'm going through puberty still. I got my first period already and everything.

When I break out, which is pretty frequently, the pimples always get big and red and they hurt. I have a lot of post-acne marks and I mean A LOT. I hate breaking out because I used to get teased a lot.

The problem is I love clinique's acne solutions but it's expensive (sad face).
I hate the proactive. The only thing I like from proactive is the refining mask.
I have already tried neutrogena's acne system.
I've tried St. Ives
I need something without parabens or any other bad ingredients.
My skin is somewhat sensitive. It needs moisture but it's oily in the T-zone.

So I need a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and spot treatment.
I want something that you or somebody you know has tried. And something that is not some unheard-of generic product because I don't trust them and I want something easy to find.

What is the best acne/pimple medication for a 12 year old?

My 12 year old daughter is very obviously going through puberty!! She has started to break out on her face, chest, & upper back. This is very embarassing for her, especially with swim-suit season coming up. Any ideas? I did not go through this stage when I was younger so I'm not sure what to do? She washes the problem areas twice a day with oatmeal soap, and has tried every over the counter medicine available at our local wal-mart. Has also used prescription benzoyle-peroxide, and most recently proactiv. Nothing helps!
We have already tried proactiv and it DID NOT WORK!! Was way too harsh for her skin. Her doctor does not want to put her on oral medication because she is so young and after a while her body will get used to it and it will not work anymore(which makes since).

Natural height enhancers?

I don't think I'm that short, but my friends do.
Is 5'3" short??
Well anyways, we always joke around and say that I should get some of those natural height enhancers.
I'm not talking about Human Growth Hormone injections,
I'm talking about those pills that apparently stimulate that part of the brain that produces those hormones.
Are those safe?
And would it be better to take when going through puberty?
I most likely will not take them, but I'm curious.
What do you guys think?

Will interval training help you grow taller?

You know how they say intense cardio releases the Human Growth Hormone, and I'm still going through puberty only 16 so will I be able to grow taller?

Any other guys on here get acne under chest hairs?

Please state your age

I'm 27 and just recently started getting acne on my chest, and I have hair in that area. I've looked up chest acne and foliculitis. I'd just like to know if anybody else gets who are adults and not teens going through puberty. Thanks
Im not really worried about getting rid of them. Im mainly worried that its not normal for people my age to have. I just want to know if other people have it. I dont care about getting rid of it, its mainly my worries of having a specific disease that I am at risk for that has chest acne as one of its symptoms. So I want to know how common it is for other guys to get this after puberty)

What should I do about my skin? ?

Well, Im going through Puberty, but my skin is just terrible. Most of my friends have nice skin, but its a whole different case for me.

I had acne over my back, chest & face for a year or two.
I've been using the body washes with the salicylic(?) acid, Worked fine for me until winter came around. Now I started breaking out again on my chest, face & lower back, not to mention my thighs.

I also have had severe dandruff in the past.
I've gone through most dandruff shampoos, I found Nizoral works pretty well, kept me dandruff-free for days. I know how Winter can affect the scalp, but now my hair gets all oily in a matter of hours and I have scaling. My parents constantly embarass me by pointing it out infront of people. How fun must it be hearing your parents saying stuff like, "EW. Look at those flakes" infront of your best friends.

Finally, my nose is COVERED in icky whiteheads. I tried scrubs, but it causes me to peel. I also tried pore strips, it takes out a few and sometimes pulls a bit of skin. I tend to sweat alot & have oily/dry skin.

I've tried products, home remedies, steaming and I've gone for a facial before, but nothing seems to work for me. I just wish I could have been lucky and been born with a better skin type. I hate seeing all these little scars all over, I hate being teased by my parents, so what should I do?
Haha, I haven't been able to get my parents to take me to the doctor, they think its just normal and Im overreacting. Well, my part of the family (Mom&dad) have skin issues too. So it might just be inherited? I'm trying to eat better, it dosen't help when I have no clue how to cook anything but noodles & all that other stuff. Oh, can shaving contribute also?

What is the best acne treatment?

I have moderate acne but it wasnt a huge problem for me and you could hardly see it. but i went to the dermatologist to see if i could clear it and she recommended ziana. I used it for about 3 weeks and all it did was make my skin red and start peeling and gave me large painful pimples in places id never had them before. I'm 15 and a girl, but im just now going through puberty. I havent even started my period. so i know its probably hormones but I was wondering if anyone has used anything that cleared up acne well. It doesnt have to work fast, but i would love if it didnt irritate my skin, or make my acne worse before it got better. Price of the product is not an issue. Has anyone tried Neutrogena 7 day acne kit? does it work? Thanks!

Chest & Back Acne Help?

Well i'm 15, and i have a moderate amount of chest acne and back acne, and i feel like more acne just comes like everyday, and i'm kinda worried now, because i'm going to be going to the pool with some friends on tuesday, with the girl i like a lot, so i'm kinda screwed right now, So is this because of me going into puberty ? or is it because of me exercising (specified in the next para.)

I've been exercising for the past 3 months, i've shed of 30 pounds, but i started getting more back and chest acne, and it looks pretty disgusting in my opinion. I took a shower every freggin' day and really applied soap around those spots, i never scrubbed because i heard that can cause scarring, but yeah it never really made that much of a difference.

So is it because of me going through puberty and all, or is it because of me exercising (i also have a good diet)

Sorry for the long read =/
