I have a zit :( Can anyone help?
I have a really clear complexion and get pimples, but I got a zit two days ago due to stress from school :( I’ve used clean & clear acne spot treatment but to no avail. My skin’s really sensitive and dry, so I don’t really know what’s a gentle way to get rid of the zit. Also, I can’t use a lot of products bc I have mild eczema. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Itchy scalp.. bumps like acne.. skin crawling feeling.. help….?
i've done two treatments just to make sure i dont have anything but i'm still itchy........
My boyfriends sister had head lice a few weeks ago but no one told us until now.. so when i started asking about itchy scalp .. his mom told me.. i went and got the lice treatment and treated my hair and the rooms.. nothing was found.. no lice.. no nits.. no eggs.. nothing.. but my head was still itchy and when i scratched the itch i felt bumps.. all on the back of my head and near my ears and on the top of my head..
i switched shampoos thinking it was an allergic reaction .. and nothing changed.. this has been going on for about a week and a half.. so i went to my friends house and sat on the couch.. my friend sat on the couch next to me and not even 5 seconds later .. i felt something crawling in my hair and i reached up and actually felt a small mass inbetween my fingers.. i pulled it out and saw it was a bug.. my friend said that it was lice.. so i went home and treated my hair again.. this time i got my boyfriends mom combing it with the nit comb.. still nothing was found.. and today i'm still itchy and feeling my skin crawl like there is something there.. everytime i've felt my skin crawling i reach up and there is nothing there..except for a bump.. except that one time i found at my friends house..
if i dont have head lice.. what could be the reason for my itching and feeling of something moving in my hair???
my boyfriends mom beleives that it is a skin disease called psoriasis.. but i've never had anything like that or this before.. i've never had head lice..
so please please .. if you think you might know what it is please help me.. its driving my crazy ..
i'm the only one in this house that is having this problem...
Thanks all of you for the advice.. but i figured out the problem.. i have scalp eczema.. i went to walmart and bought a botthe of t/gel for psoriasis, dandruff, and other skin itching problems and i havent been itching at all .. thanks! XD ;))
Trying to clear up my acne, not sure what’s causing it?
I used to only use a wet wash rag with sometimes some dove soap to wash my face. I used to use Jergens Natural Glow on my face too, & I thought that may be the cause of some of my acne. Or maybe the make up I wear, but I wasn't sure. Well, since I can't stop using either of those things, I started to use creams to help me get rid of it.
I used ProActiv & then Nutrogena. Both made me develop large red patches under my eyes, & really burned. So I stopped using them both after only 2 & a half days trying each. ( I didn't mix them. I used them a month apart. ) I bought clearasil ultra. Not the scrub or the pore treatment, there's no little beads or anything in this one. It's just the daily face wash. How often is daily? I usually wash my face in the morning, & @ night. But should I be washing it more with Clearasil?
Please help, I'm desperate to get rid of these zits/blackheads. They make my face look dirty, which makes me seem like a dirtball! Here's some information that might help: I eat really good. I only drink Green Tea & water. I don't diet, just try to eat healthy. My face can't handle benzoyl peroxide. I try to shower atleast once a night. I wear dream matte mousse for cover-up, & lately have been washing it off when I come home from school. I don't have eczema or anything. I'm 16 years old. What's causing my acne? I'm a teenager, but no one else in my class has any pimples. & how often should I use clearasil? & by the way, has anyone ever used it? If so, did it work for you?
( Please don't tell me my acne is from puberty or growing up. It's not. )

Acne Treatments, whats good?
I've tried prescriptions, all sorts of non-prescriptions over the years, nothing phased my acne, anyone else found something that works?
I have been to a dermatologist, I was on acutane and have tried beynzol peroxide, antibiotics, and countless prescription and non prescription creams at the advice of my dermatologist. Its a small town where I live though and frankly, he doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable about ways to combat the acne. Currently I am just using an acne wash and special wipes that are supposed to help, the acne is a lot better than it was on the other medications oddly, but it just doesn't go away. I had to stop acutane b/c my eczema got critically bad while on it. It seems to me like I'm out of options unless I travel a few hours to see a more experienced dermatologist who might have some of the mentioned options. I'm in my 20's and am no longer a teenager, I had hoped it would go away.
ea, been to derm23 yr old male, long sufferer of rosacea many times, I need new insight and my own experience?
Had Rosacea since senior high. Ever since I've been seeing derm with some success but I always end up coming back, either the product stopped being effective, or product had recieved a ban from the FDA. Also did light therapy session with little improvement.
I've used atleast 6 different topical cream just for rosacea, all if not most contain some sort of steroid and other chemicals I am afraid to have on my skin in the long term.
My rosacea can get ugly, with not just flushing but also bumps and blemishes. The most difficult part to treat is the ones located under my lower eyelid because using certain topical creams can thin the skin, you know what that means, ladies.
September 2008 is when I took a risk. I switched all my skin-care products to all-natural including shaving. Either it was going to get better or worse. It did get better, in 10 minutes saw noticeable result on the mirror! I felt the debris from the roscea just slide away, I can feel it on the tip of my fingers. This natural regimen caught the rosacea at its very early stage before it became full-blown, overnight. Obviously, I am also aware about other conditions that may play a role in causing rosacea to appear.
But fast forward to today, combination of getting fever, exposure to wind all day, physical stress made me breakout into a more widesprea area under the lower eye. It seems uncontrollable with the stuff I've been using for more than 6 months. It's as if my rosacea adapted to this new forumala, like a virus mutating into someting else that resist current treatments. I dont know this is happening.
I just need to know if someone out there has had any success formulating their own regimen using natural products. I have very sensitive skin and also prone to acne and other skin-related issues like eczema and seborrea.
The products that I used for my face: Dessert Essence: Jojoba Oil, Burt's Bees: Tomato Soap, Dessert Essence: Tea Tree oil.
For my hair, I use various Burt's Bees hair products, they are 98-100% natural and provided some relief with seborea on the scalp. I could not risk using chemicals that tend to flow over my face as I shower.
Again if you found something that works for you that is all-natural skin-care products or have tips on how to deal with rosacea that not commonly found over the Internet, kindly share them.
Effective solutions to treat eczema?
I have these dark spots that appeared in a few number about three years ago on my chest. Now its they are all over my body, but mostly on my back. I went to the dermatologist and she said it was eczema(but they don't itch at all) and prescribed me clobetasol propionate, a emollient. It didn't seem effective at all and just caused me to have body acne. My parents dropped me from their insurance so I can't afford to go back at the moment and get another prescription. But i've been using Eucerin dry skin therapy after I shower and am now trying hydrocortizone on a small area to see if that does anything. Just wondering if anybody else has any other treatments like supplements or other products. Any help or support is greatly appreciated.
Should I get the Zeno Pro Acne Clearing Device or the ThermaClear Heat Enabled Acne Treatment?
Hi, I need some advice on which product to buy. I have mild acne, and it seems like no matter how many times a day and how often I was my face, there is always a few left over, and it drives me crazy lol. I'm 14, and I'm going into high school in September, and I want to give off a good first impression. (And possible score myself a girl ;) lol!!!) Well anyway, I read that the ThermaClear device stings pretty bad, but in the long run it seems more cheaper and effective than the Zeno. Normally pain isn't a problem with me, as I can take a lot of pain on my body. However, it's my face that I'm worried about when it comes to pain, as I have eczema, so my skin is pretty sensitive. I don't want to be in pain with the ThermaClear, but I want my pimples to be gone. Is it really that bad of a "zap"? And do you think that my sensitive skin would be better off with Zeno? Please help, thanks!
lol #1 twilightfan ever!!!!!, you be the judge if I'm cute or not (I personally feel ugly... answer my question and please, be TRUTHFUL, I'd rather be told I'm ugly than go on thinking I'm good-looking):

Homemade acne treatments?
So I have a really hard time getting rid of pimples on my nose and chin. I have so many acne treatments (clean and clear, skin id, proactive, etc.) but they never seem to work for those areas. I also have a few scars on my chin from them. So are there any homemade acne treatments you know of or have used that really do work? I have eczema so my skin is sensitive to some of this stuff and I have to be careful. Anything that can help, thank you.
