60% Glycolic Acid Peel ?

Is it safe to do a 60% glycolic acid peel once a week?

I've had severe acne for a while and recently (a few months ago), I started doing these peels at home. I've had them done before dozens of times at the derm (40-50%), but I got sick of going so I bought the solution from licensed companies online and carry out the procedure myself. I follow all the steps and precautions...and I see little improvement over time, so I am thinking about stepping it up.

After the peel my skin is dry and looks good, but then a few days later, it slowly returns back to each oily state. I'm thinking if I do them once a week, I'll control my oily skin and will be free of breakouts??

Thank you in advance!

I have sensitive skin w/ moderate acne problem and my main concern are blackheads. I need solutions! HELP?

I have some moderately serious skin issues! I have sensitive normal/dry skin and I get acne often though not very serious. Maybe something like 2 or 3 acne bumps very so often. Most times I try using spot treatments to clear them away or something and most times they will go away within a week or so. But recently I got some bumps and I used my spot treatment on them and they are still here. They are going away and becoming smaller but at a VERY slow rate. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? My other major problem is with blackheads. I read things online where it says to use blackhead removing pads that literally dissolve the dark blackhead spots and I did buy some but because of my sensitive skin I had an awful reaction to it. My skin became EXTREMELY dry and irritative and it hurt like hell for about 2 wks. I did find a way to fix it but then I tried the PanOxyl tube cleanser and my dry skin was back in certain areas. What I don't understand is that I used the PanOxyl bar and nothing happened.
I need some help in finding a safe, effective, and painless way to remove blackheads and clear my acne. I have sensitive skin so I definitely need help to find something that will be good for my skin type. Anything will help, as long as I don't get a reaction because that has happened also, where I would get a facial and the next day I would have broken out in dozens of little whiteheads that hurt so much I couldn't even smile : ( ... Natural remedies are helpful, basically any advice is of good use to me.

What is a really good skin care line to help erase acne, and acne scars?

I'm going to France for Spring Break in March, and I want clear skin. I'm 16 yrs old and I've tried dozens of different skincare lines with no success. It seems as if I will be stuck with acne ridden skin for the rest of my life. I want skin that is free of not only acne, but the acne scars that I have. My scars are not what you would call "severe" acne scars, but they seem to be everywhere I look on my face. Is there ANY skincare line that can get rid of my acne problem and help to erase my acne scars. I want to be able to go to Paris and not wear any makeup if I want to, to have clear, radiant skin. Does anybody have a really good skincare line that has worked for them?

Wash my face, don't wear foundation, on-the-spot treatment, STILL have acne! Why?

I've tried everything with my skin. I even went to a dermo but couldn't afford the pills (that weren't doing much anyway)

But I take fish oil tablets, I'll wash my face twice a day with Neotrogena wash, I use on-the-spot Benzoyal Peroxide treatment, and I moisturize with a special Clean and Clear acne fighting thing.

So why does my skin still suck lol

I've tried dozens of different combinations and brands, nothing seems to make any difference.

I'm 16 by the way

I am not sure if what i have is called chest acne but i have dozens of red pimple looking things on my chest so I can't wear low cut tops anymore. I tried scrubs and things but nothing is working. Does anybody know of products or techniques to use to get rid of it or should i schedule an appointment with my doctor or dermatoligist?
