New acne treatment? Any suggestions?

Ok, so i'm 18 years old and I have moderate acne (reddish cheeks and chin area). I've had acne for almost 5 years now. It used to be under control because I took birth control pills (my derma prescribed it) which helped alot but I stopped now because I was afraid of the long term side effects. I have also used Differen but it didn't work and I was allergic to BenzaClin. I don't want to visit my derma anymore because she pushes me to take Accutane but I heard that it has some harmful effects. So anyway, I just want to use over the counter products. I'm using Dermalogica Clean Start Kit and it is really helpful. I still have acne but whenever I put the breakout gel it seems like my pimples get smaller. I want to try some natural products like witch hazel but afraid because I have very sensitive skin.

So do you have any suggestions about what acne products I should use? And what about makeup? I really have really oily face so it's very hard for me to find the right product. I was using Bare Minerals but my face used to get oily by noon.

So basically do you know of any product that is right for an oily, acne-prone skin.

im 22 and STILL getting pimples! any help?

i'm 22 years old and still have acne all over my face. they are not big gross nasty ones but those little annoying ones under the skin. i have combination skin where its oily on my forehead, t zone and chin then dry on my cheeks. occasionally i get a big painful pimple along my hairline or on my chin. i have blackheads on my nose and i wash my face daily...i wear makeup. i have used stride x, clearasil, clean and clear, biore, olay, noxema, nutragena (which gave me a serious bacterial infection), products from avon, and st. ives...different times over the past 6 years. i dont have a ton of money for like proactive or differen and like i said they are not huge pimples where i would need that stuff. any suggestions or even simple at home treatments? ive tried toothpaste and that does NOTHING! please help and no lame answers PLEASE!

acne is annoyinggg.?

I've had acne for a longggg time and its not severe but I always have zits and much of what's on my face is red scars but I do get whiteheads and zits which are so annoying. I've tried proactive and soo many face washes/creams. I even go to the dermatologist and use the creams he gives me along with pills he perscribes me. I dont understand why my face wont clear up and be free of acne? Has anyone found the miracle worker for skin that is acne prone?
It also makes me mad that whenever I go he says "looks like your skin is doing pretty good", ive been going for 2 years and it hasnt changed much at all.... i dont know what to do anymore!
ps. my skin gets very dry & i moisturize but then i go to put on foundation and it starts to flake all over and be disgusting...how do i fix that?
im actually on tazorac at night and benzaclin in the morning. and ive used differen before, didnt work,.

I'm 18years old and have done every treatment for my acne and even the dermatologist, nothing seems to work!!?

I've done almost every over the counter treatment, proactiv, differen, and other prescribed treatments. I take Vitamin A pill to help keep my skin oil free but it is still a bit oily. I stopped drinking soda and watch how much grease i eat. I dont know what else to do!!! Is there something else!?

do the acne md pills work well?

i am looking for a good acne treatment. i am on differen and duac right now but its just getting worse.. (is that normal?)

I really have no self confidence at all and am tired of my acne. I just need to find something that will work well. If anyone has used these pills or any other kind of acne medication i will gladly take suggestions.

Thank You :)
