how to get rid of acne marks? and moderate acne?
i have soo many acne marks on my face and i hate it so much. i cant leave the house without makeup and i hate wearing makeup all the time to cover it. if i didn't have so much acne marks i wouldn't even need the makeup. i feel so self conscious whenever i see so much of the post acne marks. plus i break out kinda often and always get those pustle pimples however i never do get the red pimples. i try not to pop them but if i don't it doesn't go away i tried...thats why i have so many damn marks all over. can anyone recommend something good to get rid of acne marks and pimples/blackheads/bumps.
and i wash my face 2 times a day and i use toner and all that daily routine. also my face is really oil which i hate soooo much
Really bad acne all of a sudden….not sure what's causing it?
I have all of a sudden gotten really bad acne on my face, chest, and back even a few little pimples on my legs I have no idea where it is coming from. I've been working out more and I'm curious if maybe that has something to do with it?
My daily routine includes in the mornings
Wash my face with Clean & Clear Continuous control acne cleanser
Neutrogena Acne stress control Triple Action toner
Clean & Clear advantage Acne Control moisturizer
sometimes I will also use clean & clear acne spot treatment
For my body I use
Neutrogena body clear body wash.
I use make-up every single day
could it be the make-up causing me to break-out more?
I'm not sure any advice would do thanks!!
By the way I went through puberty a long time ago so it's not that
Help improve my diet to clear ACNE?!?! PLEASE!!!?
Well i'm trying to get rid of my pimples!! I was hoping maybe you guys could add something to my daily routine to improve my acne prone skin?
1. Morning - wash face with an anti-blackhead scrub and a wash cloth.
2. Work - wash face at around 2 pm again with the daily blackhead scrub.
3. Come home - exercise. stuff like leg lifts, crunches, cuz i'm trying to get back into shape.
4. Wash face again.
5. Night - Wash face again with the anti-blackhead scrub.
Erm... so yea.. any suggestions on what I should do to improve it?
My diet usually includes
1. LOTS of milk, coffee addict... erm about 500 - 600 mL of milk, like chocolate milk, plain milk... hehe yea..
2. Black tea
3. Loads of veggies, am a vegetarian except for sea food
4. salmon twice a week, tuna once every 2 weeks maybe
5. Rice almost everyday
6. Bread once a day
7. Cereal for breakfast.
8. Always eat 2 apples a day
9. Occassionally eat junk food.
10. Chocolate maybe twice a week.
11. Mango/orange juice
oh and I also use a Neem and Turmeric All Natural Mask twice a week as isntructued. I can actually feel the difference when using this stuff.. however it doesn't help with pimples.
I also mainly get my pimples on my fore heat and A LOT under my chin... thats the main place i get them. its like they are all concentrated there for some reason... any suggestions on that as well?

i cant get rid of my acne pimples?
i have been trying for a long time to get rid of my acne ( im a teen). I use proactiv and it works a little but still doesn't go away. everyday i get a new pimple and it is really frustrating. I have heard of SSC Continous Clear and wonder if it will work, or anyother daily routine that will get rid of and prevent all of my acne. i never get blackheads.
likea daily thing to help prevent them
and spot treatment
How can I get rid of my blackheads?
Ok so I have lots of blackheads on my nose and they are really gross. I have about less than half the amount that I used to have because I have been using Biore Skin Toner and Biore Heated Blackhead Cleanser and also Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment Cream and I know I don't have acne or anything, but I have found that it works on blackheads as well as pimples. I just rub it into my nose as well as my pimples, but I still don't know how to get rid of all my blackheads. I know it is possible; I have seen so many people with no makeup and they still have flawless skin (at least with blackheads) and I really don't want to pay for products, so are there any home-made things I can use??
My daily routine:
When I wake up I wash my face and put on the Biore Skin Toner.
At about lunch time at home, I put on more of the Biore Skin Toner.
At about 6 O'clock I put more of the Biore Skin Toner.
After tea (Dinner) I wash my face and apply the Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment Cream.
I sleep with that on and in the morning I reapeat. Is that goodfor keeping my face clean do you think?? Thanks
how do i get rid of acne, nothing works?!?
so i want a really quick way to clear my acne or at least make my skin alot better by tomorow morning?
i want just a simple home remedy to clear it, i dnt really have any 'acne treating products' but i can name the ones i do have;
CLARITY SKIN RESCUE rapid results treatment with salicylic acid
ZINERYT - which was prescribed to me by my doctor along with some tablets
i also have toothpaste etc, i know some people say that helps clear it up,
so could anyone be so kind too write me a daily routine, it doesnt have to include the products listed above, its just im nearly 13 and embarrissed of my skin,
thankyou!
Best facial wash/make-up for mild acne skin?
I've about had it with my skin. My acne isn't severe, but everytime that I think my face is about to clear up, it breaks out all over again. I figured when I was younger that I would grow out of it, but I am now 19 and worse off than before.
I seem to break out along the outline of my face (jawline and hairline) and rarely break out on my nose, cheeks, or chin. I've tried multiple facial washes. The majority of the acne fighting washes, such as AcneFree, dry out my skin but do help with the acne a little. Then, all of the others don't seem to help with the acne whatsoever. I lose no matter what. I either have zits or dry skin. (The Burt's Bees Peach & Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub helps with the dry skin a little.)
I'm also wondering what make-up is best for mild acne and if that might be causing me to break out? I know everyone says to use mineral make-up or a tinted moisturizer, but it doesn't cover up all my zits like liquid make-up does. I do, however, always look for oil-free/noncomedogenic make-up. Plus, with how unpredictable my skin is, I can't switch to strictly mineral make-up since my skin is sometimes dry and flaky. I'm so confused and have heard many different things: don't use acne washes; it's all about keeping your skin moisturized; toner is good; toner is bad. I just want to find a solution that is fairly cheap and balances out my skin... not too oily, not too dry. Any suggestions?
By the way, my daily routine as of right now is AcneFree 24/7 Severe Acne Wash in the mornings with Neutrogena Triple Action Toner. Then, at night I remove my make-up with Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser Normal to Oily Skin. Also, about 3 days a week, I use the Burt's Bees Deep Pore Scrub and Night Creme.
Okay, thanks everyone (besides John) for the suggestions! I'll try some of them out and hopefully one will work.
Please help me create my scar treatment routine?
I have scars on my back from acne. The upper part is slightly faded, whereas the lower part has dark spots.
I have my formal/prom in 7 months so I've been using "Dermatix" gel on the upper part ONLY because that's wear my skin is exposed. I'm assuming Dermatix is more effective, and I'm using it sparingly because it's expensive.
For the lower part of my back, I'm not sure what to use. Here's what I have:
- Cocoa butter
- Vitamin E capsules (apparently squeezing the gel directly on the scars help)
- Aloe Vera (the actual plant)
- Emu Oil and Emu Oil moisturizer
- Lemon juice
Some say *mixing* Aloe Vera with Vitamin E is good, but I'm not sure what to believe. I figured trying all of them at once would be a bad thing.
What shall I do as a daily routine? Should day and night applications use the same products?
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
No matter what acne treatment I try, or how many times I wash my face, my face is still covered and horrible!?
i dont have alot of acne, i have some spots where its big and some tiny red bumps, no white dots. every day i get up in morning, take a shower and in shower i was my face with soap and then wash it with 2 kinds of acne treatments that i rub and rinse. i get out of shower and i use another acne treatment that i use a cottonball and rub on my face. after that i put on a certain prescription of cream just for me i ordered from doctors, and rub it in on my acne spots and the red spots everywhere. after that i go to my room and rub lotion on my face. every day i do that and shortly after my face feels very oily cuz of the lotion, and then my face is really red and it shows all the acne spots. later during day i look in mirror and most of the acne isnt showing, and my face is kinda smooth but yet every day one pimple keeps coming in somewhere on my face no matter how much stuff i put on. so i started doin my daily routine but i stopped using lotion, and this time my face is getting extremely!!! dry and flaky and acne still comes back. i dont get it, i am putting on treatments, and washing my face every day and night, sometimes in evening. and the acne still manages to come through..wtf?! i hate my skin!!!
I drink nothing but water, i drink plenty of it alllll the time. i dont eat junkies like chips and pizza all the time, maybe once a week not even that. i eat healthy and im not fat
