What are some good extreme treatments for acne?

I am interested in what kinds of things I can do to cure acne. I tried proactiv, every OTC product active ingreedient, homemade salacylic acid cream (which I synthesized myself), tricholoroacetic acid which I synthesized myself but was afraid to use, accutane, surgery, acyclovir, ciprofloxacin, dynacin, doxycycline, minocycline, phenolated vaseline, an all-apple diet, and even lye soap

Nothing works. I am 21 years old and in professional school. Accutane worked for a while, but not long term. What is the next last-resort therapy that is "guaranteed" to work?

Keep in mind that I have become resistant to many bacterial organisms, and have almost died three times due to complications from these various therapies.

What is the next step?
I want to add that this is a case of resistant cystic acne. This is very dangerous and can even lead to morbidity and mortality. This is not something to joke about. This is a serious disease - not "zits" - this is a disease I want you to keep that in mind when answering this question.

garlic smell on chest have to do with acne?

hi, just these last 2 or 3 days ive been noticing a garlic like smell between my breasts. im wondering if this has anything to do with acne, since ive been taking benzaclin on my face and its clearing up there, and im wondering if the smell is just the acne going someplace else (my chest)? i also have some cystic acne where the garlic smell is, if that may help any.

if not anything to do with acne, any solutions at all would be great. thank you!!!

How to get rid of low mild cystic acne?

my acne is not supperr bad but its still bad, especially on my right cheek...is there a way where it can go away in the next 2-3 weeks? thanks guys!

ps. my routine is: i wash my face with OXY face wash, then Clean & Clear moisturizer, then the OXY pads, then the OXY treatment; the one with salicylic acid in it. then usually if i go out somewhere i get very self-conscious and so i put foundation(Dream Matte Mousse Foundation). then some blush..i know i shouldnt but i dont want to show off my acne :(. but then i wash it off when i come home and do the whole routine again.

pss. i tried proactiv, didn't work
well i dont know for sure if it's cystic acne because it doesn't hurt but it kind of does look like cystic acne because it's red and ugly.

Can Accutane get rid of blackheads?

I just started taking Accutane, and I know that it gets rid of whiteheads and cystic (?) acne, but will it also get rid of my blackheads? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for them? Thanks!

Does Accutane work for cystic acne?

I will be starting my first treatment of Accutane in less than a month.
I am a little nervous about it, but I am fully dedicated to clearing up my painful cystic acne.
I have tried so many products over the years with no results.
I am so sick and tired of suffering!! My acne is ruining my life, physically and emotionally. I don't even want to leave my house anymore unless I have pounds of makeup on. When I talk to anyone including friends or family members all i think about is my face and if they are looking at it.
I don't want to live that way anymore, I have a whole life ahead of me and I don't want acne to be my main stress in life as it is for me right now.

I am 18 years old going on 19 and have suffered for about 4 years.
My face isn't as bad as a lot of people out there and I am fortunate for that, but it is very painful and I need a change.

If Accutane has worked for you please share your experience below.
Please include products that have worked for you and if you had any side effects.
I would really appreciate it, Thank You. I need all the motivation I can get!
:)
