How to lose weight without getting exses fat ?
I am 14 years old and weigh 220 pounds . I wanna lose weight but I don't want to lose to much cuz of the exses fat u can get . But I want to b skinny . And I don't hav money to get a tummy tuck after I'm done losing weight . So how can I do it without getting surgery after .

im thinking of trying cetaphil gentle daily facial wash and the moisturizer that comes in a similar bottle
but at the moment i use aveeno foam clarifying cleanser, st ives blemish and black head scrub, and aveeno redness reducing lotion
which doesnt really do me any good cuz i always break out....
i have
-somewhat bad acne
-whiteheads
-blackheads
-large pores
-combination skin
-and very sensitive skin
would you reccomend this to work for me?

i have this huge cyst inside my nose, and its red and it hurts. its beeen there all week, and its gotten bigger.
i had a cyst right under my mouth too.
my mom said its cuz of my period.
i doubt it.

I need advice on an acne laser treatment?
I have mild/moderate acne and have been given numerous meds n nothing works so my derm told me to take the pill and also recommended Aesthera Isolaz ...I'm pretty sketchy of both however I was willing 2 try the Isolaz which is photoneumatic treatment but all ive been finding on the internt are a bunch of testimonials and solicitations and no REAL input from people...If anyone has gotten this treatment please respond soon! Does it remove hair? Does the acne return if so how long before it does and @ what intensity...will itr dry out my skin and cause wrinkles? will it worsen acne @ first? How many treatments are typically nec? is 5 2 expensive? also does it leave scars??does it remove scars?? My dad is extremely skeptical of the procedure what will make him change his mind? also do doctors recieve a commision on this cuz there's so much solicitation and no critacism? please help thanks!!! additionally please don't copy n paste s/t from another website bec ive seen almost all of them.

i have moderate acne a few zits here and there blackheads on my nose you know the usual i want them gone though cuz after i pop them it leaves scars or redmakrs for like two weeks!
whats a good wash to clear pimples and redness?
i have a few pimples on my cheeks by my nose and its red around them its not rosacea or anything. its just irritated from all the chemicals in face cleansers i used cause i thought i had acne wen i really didnt. i herd oatmeal scrubs are good at calming redness and irritation. i have it at home its just grinded up oatmeal with cornmeal. if u guys have any other suggestions that mite help feel free 2 ask. dont put down any cleansers or topical spot treatments, im trying to stay away from them lol. i also have the proactive kit but im scared to use tht cuz of the reviews i herd.
Has anyone found an acne cleanser/treatment that you can buy from Wal-Mart that actually WORKS?
I have moderate acne. I used to use Dermalogica Skin clearing wash, rapid clear treatment pads and neutrogena anti-acne moisturizer to help clear my skin. It worked...For a couple months..... Then, it just didn't work anymore. So, I decided to switch up my skin care routine a little. I started washing twice a day instead of just once. That didn;t help...It just aggravated it. So I started using Neutrogena's Pink Grapefruit cleanser, followed by the rapid clear treatment pads and Velocity Moisturizer...Well, once again, it's not helping AT ALL! SO....DOES ANYONE KNOW OF AN ACNE CLEANSER/TREATMENT THAT YOU CAN BUY FROM WAL-MART THAT ACTUALLY WORKS AT CLEARING UP YOUR SKIN?!

I feel hopeless, cuz while she's busy telling me that my acne will go away on it;s own, I'm getting more and more scars (I think.... Idk.). And it is hereditary to some extent. My mom had it (not sure if it was as bad as mine) when she was young, but her parents let go to the Dermatologist. Rather than see it as a skin problem that CAN be cleared if we find the right treatment, she blaims it on me drinking "too much Dr Pepper"!
