Acne on Chest ! :( Please Help ~!?

I have some acne on my CHEST ???? like, it's not a lot, but there are a few bumps on my chest - as well as some scars .
How do i make them VANISH?
They're just really knocking my confidence down! :(

I'm seriously hurting because of my acne my confidence and everything that goes with it is buried in the ground. I have damaged pores and dips in my skin, scars from previous spots, spots and blackheads.
what can i do about it?

Bad acne on chest/Back/Shoulders/Face?
I have just started using face masks from the store. They are cheap first time using them, I dont know how they will affect my face though. Also I have acne mostly everywhere like in my question. I have used everything mostly and just gave up. It is mild acne but my confidence in a suit with the chest affected looses my enjoyment in swimming. Does anyone have some remidies or products that are good? I havent tryed proactiv or skinI.D is anyone of them good?

I'm 16 and turning 17 in april my back arms and face are coverd in acne I have this huge boil on the right side of my face and when it seems to be going away it comes back I got this cream that has poroxide in it that I have been using for a while now my dad keeps telling me "it looks better" but I know he's full of it I have heard bad things about skinb5, proactive, and acutane which now has a tv add for sevear side effects to patients who can get money if they were effected I feel there is nothing that can help me and I have no self esteem because of this issue I think part of my issue is my long hair but I don't want to get it cut because it will show my face I would do almost anything to have clear skin and my confidence back if there's any one out there who can sugest an acne treatment that really works and has had good reviews I'm more than willing to try it I just don't want to keep wasting money on products that have no effect on my skin a doctor gave me tgis medication for my arms that actualy cleared it up and I'm woundering if I could find the meds for my whole body and don't give me the answer "just wait for it to go away" no thanks I don't want scars all over my face I want to stop it now before my face is ruind I'm getting desprate any 1 help
How can I gain confidence when my acne is making me depressed?
I have acne scars and an oily t-zone. My cheeks are constantly inflamed and red looking, and all of this is really getting to me. I constantly think people are judging me by my skin and thinking I'm ugly or that I don't take care of my skin. I have been using lots of different acne treatments, but it feels like it doesn't work! About a year ago I used to be confident and happy and now I feel ugly all the time. '
Anyways, my questions are:
1. What can I do to get my skin to look better?
2. What can I do to gain confidence?

I have already been to a dermatologist and I've been using their treatment for over 6 months. All the big pimples are gone, but my skin is still really red.

How much weight can I lose in about six months?
I'm 18 years old, I'm 5'8" and I weight 246 lbs.
I'm planning a trip to a tropical-ish location where there will be beach and pool and I can't walk around with confidence at this weight. What is the quickest, healthiest most efficient way to reach my goal weight of 175 lbs? And how much can I lose realistically?

I have been going to dermatologist for 6 months n still it has just taken my acnes n no real result, tho im visiting best dermatologist. I had been cruel to my skin, used things randomly b4 i started with d dermatologist. I used walnut scrub without a pack, used retin creams, used toothpaste,even used the harsh backcleaner :( .. As a result my pores are large n kind of scrapped,look like wrinkled skin. Skin is oily yet dull, laugh lines r quite elderly looking. Acne scars r there n my nose looks really bad with deep gone blackheads-i've tried all ways to remove them n even tried d saloon, but the lady after 2 months said that i need some chemical treatment. So guys tell me is micro dermabrasion a solution? Also suggest other home remedies n skin care n food tips. My sister is getting married after 1.5 month so i wanna look better. solution 4- 1.dull scapped skin. 2. deep gone blackheads 3. uneven shaped large pores. i got no glow even though im 19yr girl. How can I gain confidence when others around me are better?
I am considered somewhat shy when I meet new people, I am pretty good at school and I'm a good person. But I always see people better than me. Even when I try my hardest, they always seem to be better. I want to have a good life. I want a job I'll love, and will give me a good salary. But I always feel discouraged by others who are better. How do I ignore them and gain confidence?
Vinegar for bacne scars?
I've heard that vinegar is a very good treatment for hyperpigmented body acne scars.
I have a lot of spots on my back. I am very fair, so they look pretty disgusting. Any personal experiences, or knowledge on how well this method could work? I don't expect instant relief from a home remedy, but prom is coming up and I want to wear my strapless dress with confidence.
