Are there any ways to zap a zit fast?

I have really bad acne. I've tried just about EVERYTHING out there, and yes, each for al least 2-3 weeks. I've tried ProActiv, Neutrogena Wave, just about everything Clearasil has to offer, many Meutrogena clensers and astringents, abrasive soaps, "garunteed results" (not) acne products, EVERYTHING!!! I feel like I'm the reason Walgreens keeps building new stores :) lol jk but still you get my point.
I'm kinda looking for an easy, effective home treatment for COMBINATION skin.
Right now I'm using dermatologist perscribed Duac at night and Differin in the morning. My skin doc said I'd see 99% clearer skin within 6 months, and it's been well over a year and I still have acne. I've been on Retin A and at least 3 different antibiotics but nothing works. I'm 13 and I've had bad acne since I was about 10 or 11, and I know I still have a few more years of it since both my parents had bad acne (mom on her back and dad on his face. I got both. Ain't I lucky :-/ ) I know I could just tough it out the next few years but I'd really rather not since I've already had what I feel is more than my fair share of acne.
My topicals keep huge outbreaks from happening, but I'd really like to know an effective spot treatment for the sits that pop up unexpectedly.
Oh ya and I'm not terribly unhealthy. I eat ok (like most Americans I pig out on sweets a little more often than I ought to and I don't get an hour of excercise everyday) and I'm only 130 lbs, which is only 3 lbs outside my target weight range, and I'm by no means the heaviest one out of all my friends.
I heard you can use toothpaste to dry up zits, but I've never tried it and i'd like to know of anyone has and of it worked for you.
Thanks for reading this and not falling asleep, and thanks in advance for any answers or advice you have!!!

I'm obsessed with my facial blemishes?

In over 4 years I have acquried an obsession with my facial blemishes. I have a few nodules, I mainly get pustules (but I haven't in awhile), ocassionally papules & some whiteheads(closed comedones). I have a bunch of small acne scars on my forehead from picking but I've broken that habit.

I have combination skin meaning its oily on the forehead, nose & some of the skin under my eye right next to my nose. The parts that are oily are the areas that get acne & the dry areas are flawless. & I do use oil control film but it fails me.

I have tried everything from creams to foams to scrubs to facials to home remedies to on the spot acne treatments, benzoyl peroxide, salisylic acid, toners & so on.

I've used brands like Neutrogena, Cetaphil, Clean & Clear, Clearasil, St. Ives, Stridex, Sea Breeze, Eskinol, Olay, Erythromycin Topical Solution (prescribed by my dermatologist)

I have a device from Dermanew that uses microdermabrasion to refine & polish the skin & get deep down into the pores.

I mainly use honey if its for anything pimple related but I have used basil, oat meal, apple cider vinegar, sugar, green tea, etc.

I live cleanly & healthy. I was my hair everyday & make sure not to clean my hairline with conditioner. I pin my bangs up. My bed is clean. My house is clean. My town is not so clean. I eat healthy & drink tons of water, in fact its all I drink. I get enough hours of sleep. I am not stressed. My family hasn't suffered acne problems just the typical teen zits. I have finished my period a week ago too.

I have consulted my dermatologist about this & she gives me perscriptions that don't work or my mom won't buy it because its too expensive.

My acne isn't as severe as those people who desperately need it but on a scale from 1 - 10 of how pimply I am is about a 5.

So what can I do to rid myself of this acne or a way to cope with the ugliness.
Btw, all my treatments I have spaced out & I changed products like 4 or 5 months out of no results in usage.
I'm not stressed I'm just really bothered with all my acne.

Really stubborn acne and blackheads?

Basically I have had acne for about 5 and a half years. It has never been severe but still bad enough to cripple my confidence. The problem is I've been to the doctors on five seperate occasions and each time the prescription he's gave me has not worked at all. I've also tried all the shop bought products such as clearasil and oxy. My acne is really stubborn and seems to resist all treatment. Also I have blackheads all over my nose which will not move no matter how much I exfoliate or cover in astringent. If it helps my skin gets very dry if I don't moisterise straight after washing my face even if its just with soap. Please can someone help me out.

What acne pads work best for you?

I don't have enough acne so that it effects my life or looks majorly, but I'd like clearer skin. I like pads cause they're simple and easy. I don't want a system like Proactive. Just face pads. Clearasil sucks for me. Does nothing. Stridex and Clean&Clear work better, but they still don't prevent pimples. Just get rid of break outs faster.
What's worked the best for you? Help?

How to PREVENT acne (long)?

Hi!
READ BEFORE YOU TYPE!
I'm a 15 year old girl 56kg, 173cm.
I eat lots of veggies and fruits and I eat a lot of normal food aswell. Bad food doesn't really cause outbreaks when I eat it or so on me so I'm not sure what it is.

I need a HOMEMADE treatment to PREVENT acne! I KNOW this is possible.
1. I wash my face with a soap from neutrogena (the orange coloured) and a soft face-brush.
2. I use an ACO toner.
3. I use Formula 10.0.6 Moisturizor and Formula 10.0.6 Blemish treatment.
(I have clean hands through all of this).
3 times a week I do a face mask from 10.0.6 and I exfoliate once a week with 10.0.6.

This all works great but how do I keep the pimples from coming back?
I really can't expose my skin to bad products and I think something natural would work better. (proactive and clearasil and crap like that doesn't work).

I mean like some Lemon mix or something like that?
And some tips? How do I remind myself to drink WATER?
I don't use make-up. And if I do, it's ONLY around the eyes (where I NEVER get pimples). I don't like using foundation or anything like that.

I don't need sunblock, I have lightbrown skin that can handle UV extremely well. And all sun does for me is dry out the pimples and give me a nice colour.

Huge Acne problem?

I don't know I've tried clearasil and proactive but nothing works. As a matter of fact the last two nights I woke up with another new pimple per night. Plus all the scars are on my face. Can someone tell me what treatment would work? I go to sleep at about 1 at night if that has anything to do with it.
