I would like to start taking a herbal pill for acne treatment & using a natural cleaner. Any suggestions?
I have tried tons of over the counter products that dont work for me and i wash my face every night. I think that i try so many things that my face is dried out and irritated. I would like to use something that will work from the inside out (herbal pill) and still use a natural cleanser b/c i do wear makeup and need to cleanse my face daily. I've never tried this approach of using something gentler & using a pill. Anyone who has suggestions from personal experience would be appreciated!! Also know that my face has been breaking out for about 8 years, i have small blackheads in about every area on my face & some whiteheads but usually not big infected bumps. If i could just keep my pores from gettin these blackheads/whiteheads than i wouldnt pick at my face (bad i know) and i could have clear beautiful skin for once. HELP!! :) thanks
Clinique face wash causing acne?
I went to the mall about a year ago and bought Clinique rinse- off foaming cleanser (which is what the Clinique woman suggested) to help clear my mild teenage acne and oily and dry skin, only to discover it was making my face worse! It caused large, red, painful bumps. I quickly d/c (discontinued) it, and tried many other products which none seem to help ;( I was wondering if it causes acne before it begins to work. If any of you use it and can tell me whats going on I would surely appreciate it! Or any other advice. I'm very tired of my acne improving.
Btw. I have a combo of blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. Gross, I know.
All I wanted to know is if any other women have used this Clinique stuff and had the same problems. And if you (women) think I should try it again.

Good face wash for someone with dry and mildly severe acne?
I'm 17 and about 4 months ago, out of nowhere, I started getting major dry skin on my nose. I have had pretty good skin up until a few months ago. Ever since then, I have also have been getting outbreaks of blackheads whiteheads and pimples. I see a new one every day. Do you have any recommendations, like face wash and what to do to keep my skin nice, for someone with dry skin as well as mildly severe acne??
How ugly do you find severe acne?
Take into account numerous blackheads, whiteheads and very dry skin (flaking). If you need to see it google it and reduce the severity by half as those are the worst cases in the world.
How unnatractive do you find it in the other sex.
Just answer the question, please; dont say any of the 'beauty is in the...' or similar remarks founded on lies.
Would birth control help my acne?
I would say I have moderate acne (Maybe mild) I break out very badly around that time of the month, would this be an indication that my acne is caused from hormonal imbalance? I have blackheads, whiteheads, & the occassional sore inflammed pimples under my skin when I'm on my period. I use to take Orthotrycyclin for pregnancy prevention, but I never really noticed improvement in my skin, would I need a stronger dosage?
