Really Bad Acne I Need Some Help, Please?

Okay, so I've looked at some acne questions people have asked and I've noticed that they are kind of broad. They don't mention what skin type you have, how acne prone you are, ETC. So here some stuff about me before I continue-
I'm thirteen
I've got really acne prone skin.
Its kind if oily
Tons of acne scars
No blackheads
Its a genetic thing
It comes from stress(I am guessing).

Okay, so I've tried Clearasil, Panoxyl, Biore and Neutrogena.(None worked for me) I am currently using the Anti-Stress Foaming Face Wash and its helping, some. My face doesn't break out as much anymore, but I still have scars and tiny bumps across my forehead nose and chin. I don't want to use make-up because it won't really get rid of these problems and personally I find that I am too young. I don't want to use proactive because I've heard your skin gets totally dependable on it. I am convinced that my skin works with Salicylic Acid washes, but do they hurt your skin? And also, I've heard of something called Skin ID, is that really good?
I've tried going to dermatologists, but all they can do is get rid of the acne, not the scars. The scars are what I am really worried about.

So my main question here is: What are some good washes, remedies or masks of anything else you've got that can get rid of the acne and the scars.

Okay, thanks!

I'm freaking out, is this true?!!?!?!?!?

I just read in a n article in a pregnancy magazine that using salycylic acid causes birth defects. Both my moisturizer and my toner and an acne spot treatment I use occasionally contain this. I went to the store and realized that almost ever acne cleanser, moisturizer and toner does. Does this mean that my child is at risk for defects? I'm 21 weeks and have always used the same CLean and CLear moisturizer adn Biore toner (both haev salicylic acid). What am I supposed to use on my face, I haven't stopped breaking out since I've been pregnant!!

Would using an oil free moisturizer help with blackheads and acne? Ingredients to avoid?

I don't get pimples very much but I get blackheads, even on my body (like on breasts). For my face I do have oily/combination skin. I've realized my moisturizers have mineral oil in them. If I switch to oil free moisturizers and lotions, will that help? The blackheads on my nose are bad and never go away, I was thinking of getting those strips and starting up with new, oil free moisturizer.

Is the ingredient glycerin ok? I read that as an ingredient in an advertised oil free moisturizer from Biore, which I may try. Anyone know of other ingredients to avoid for keeping blackheads away?

Also, I'm an adult in my mid-twenties, so it's not just raging hormones.
Not using moisturizer isn't an option. Thanks for the other helpful information though

Any help with pimple/zits is appreciated?

Well at first I had clear skin and I pretty much do now except for these three little zits. I was wondering if you had any home remedies or items I could purchase at a drugstore like Walgreen's or Target or places like that. I have normal skin. Not oily or anything. The products I all ready have are Mary Kay velocity scrub and moisturizer, Neutrogena's oil free acne wash (the pink grapefruit one), Boire warming blackhead cleanser, and a chilling one from Biore but i forgot the name, but I don't use those all at the same time. If you could either tell me what order to use some or more of those in or any home made recipes or a product that I can buy that would be great. Also I heard toothpaste works as a type of spot treatment, does it? Thanks in advanced!

Help with acne and blackheads?

As a teenager I had moderate acne, I tried everything under the sun from Proactiv to home remedies with no luck. Well, now that I'm older I've outgrown it (thanks also to birth control pills!) but I still have blackheads on my cheeks, nose, and chin to where my pores are obnoxiously huge. Without picking them, what can I use to get rid of them? I've tried those Biore strips, the Clean & Clear blackhead eraser thing, even a professional facial, but nothing seems get rid of the bastards. Thanks for your help!

DIY Spa Treatment? Please help!?

Hi! I wanted to do a complete spa day.... and I need to know what to do. Face masks (for acne-prone skin. Or normal.), hair masks, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that you need to have a whole spa day, pretty much. And they should all be home-made (hence the DIY in the title) so no Biore or whatever products... Sorry I'm being so picky! So yeah, just everything you do in a spa. Like um, body/face exfoliation, masks, baths?? Whatever :@)

Thanks soooo much, I really appreciate any answers!

PS: Please don't tell me to Google it or to go to all home remedies, because everyone knows I've already tried those sites. Otherwise I wouldn't be here asking this right now. THANKS SO MUCH! <3

If I use a Acne Spot Treatment, should I use a acne face wash or just a regular cleanser?

If I were to use the Clean and Clear Spot Treatment Gel, should I use a regular cleanser like Cetaphil or Biore? Or should I use an acne cleanser like Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash in Pink Grapefruit. I don't have serious acne, just pimples here and there.
