I have an appointment for the wellwoman clinic on friday to be officially diagnosed with what i know is genital warts, has anyone been through treatment? How was it? I assume they will use chryotherapy, how long does it take to get rid of them and have healed skin again? How bad is the treatment - how painful on the inner genital tissue? Can they just cut off some on the outer skin around the thighs? Please give your experience and the time ot took to heal.

How to sleep when you took a nap earlier?
I like to sleep at 8pm - 11pm and wake up at 6am - 9am but one of those days I took a nap and messed up my sleeping schedule. Now I sleep around 4am - 6am and wake up around 1pm - 3pm. There are two solutions: Go to sleep now somehow or stay up until 3pm - 5pm which is very difficult. I also have a drivers appointment on monday at 10pm so I need to fix my sleeping schedule so any idea on how I can make myself sleep?

I've been to therapy before, and basically my main concern in going to therapy for anger that I have toward my dad for ruining my family because he's an alcoholic, but I also have other issues I'm concerned with like major self doubt issues and negative self talk. I still have 2 months left until I give birth, but I am really excited about getting back to weight watchers. I want to hear from other moms, how long after giving birth did you wait to start a diet. I know that it is recommended 6 weeks until you can start exercising, especially after a c-section. The reason why I ask is because I discovered I have cavities on my wisdom teeth, and I could only make an appointment for one month after. Will these cavities get worse? Will I have to get a root canal then? How can I avoid my cavities getting worse?
