I have recently had a cold and theres alot of redness around my nose,its been weeks and its still not gone,its making me feel embarressed because people are starting to notice it.
How do i get rid of it without drugs or stuff that the doc gives you.
EDIT: I have heard its good to wash the area where its red and its good to moisturise it,how often should i do this.

My sons are 2.5, 18 months and 6 months. They get bit and it swells up and gets really ugly. I don't like to keep them inside all day long but we live in an area where there is alot of mosquitos and flies.
