How do I let loose a little and have fun?

I take myself too seriously. I want to let loose, but don't know how to begin. What might those of you on yahoo answers suggest? I want to enjoy myself more, and have more fun! I do be able to laugh more. I lost this ability as I have become an adult, sadly.

How long did your orthodontist tell you that you had to wear your retainer?

Looking for answers from people who *recently* had their braces off. I'm an older adult who had a falling out with their orthodontist. Plus, because I got braces so late in life none of my friends remember anything about them or retainers!

My braces have been off for over 6 months and I've worn my retainer every day for at least 8 hours. What were you told when you were given your retainer? How long were you told you had to wear it? Thanks.

Where did the first lice come from and how did it reproduce?

I'm pretty clear on how they spread, their life cycles, how they feed and the hundreds of eggs that an Adult Lice (Head louse) can reproduce. I've pretty much become a Lice expert since I have had to deal with them and the children in my family. What I am most curious in knowing is how did the first lice get here? How did they evolve in so many if they can't live more than 48 hours without a host to feed on. It takes one to start it, but what if the first one was not a female and even if it was then how? This has been on the back of my mind for ages, I really hope someone can clear the water, Many thanks!!

Would teeth whitening products work on white teeth discoloration from fluoride poisoning?

I suffered from fluoride poisoning from the public water system when I was little, and now as an adult my teeth have bright white splotches on the off-white teeth. I was thinking of whitening my teeth to fix that, but whitening has to be done on the entire tooth, and the spots might become even whiter...
Would teeth whitening products help? Any recommendations or people who've tried this?
Thanks.

How can one live after drinking 190 proof alcohol mixed with red bull and vicodin?

My friend confessed to me about her drug and alcohol habit. She is petite and can't weigh more than 110lbs, but she tells me that when she is depressed she drinks 190 proof alcohol mixed with Monster Energy and pops 1-2 vicodin pills.
I know that she can really put away liquor, but how is she still okay? Does this mean that she has built a high tolerance over time? Also, what can I do to help her as she is 22 and an adult?
