using tea tree oil after i removed blackheads, is that a good idea?
i read from somewhere that after i remove the blackheads from my face, i should clean my face and then apply tea tree oil to prevent the blackhead from growing again.
but then when i consult the people from body shop, they said not to use tea tree oil after squeezing out blackheads.
but after i squeeze out the blackheads from my nose, i applied tea tree oil. is that a good idea?

Acne, I need immense help please.?
Okay, I have really bad acne. On my back and on my face chin and neck. I have tried Murad, Proactive, and others. I have done pills for it and went through the process of trying to keep my face clean. I recently read an article on Blue light threapy. Well, where do you find these "blue lights"? It says you can do it in your own home. Can you use any blue light? Well, on top of this does anyone know a sure fire way that can and most likely will work. I have all kinds of acnes. I have blackheads, whiteheads, like bump things and really red bumps filled with like dark blood. I have basically just quit, it is annoying and agonizing. I clean a lot. It makes me think if I am dirty, therefore i take showers like twice to three times a day. Please help and send links and etc. to me or post em on here, anything that can help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have bad skin face. I have many blackheads and acnes on my face. I use clearasil cleansers and Olay moisturizers. How do i take better care of my skin? Sometimes, i do mask. All doesnt seem helpful.

Im 17 and have had acne since i was about 13...Ive tried everything, most oral antibiotics and different creams and have also been to a dermatologist several times. I have also been on the pill dianette for over a year which has helped my acne a bit but not any more than all the other treatments have worked.
Basically, while certain antibiotics have been good at clearing the actual spots around my forehead and nose up, when I come off these the spots start to come back. I was on lymecycline recently and that cleared all my spots up but I came off it about a month ago and they are starting to come back.
The main thing is though, its not r4eally the spots that bother me because i don’t really have very many of them. My chin, and areas around my nose are just really inflamed and red (I find in natural light and outside this does not look so bad and my skin actually looks quite clear, but in bright lighting my skin looks really really disgusting and red and inflamed.) I think I got this type of acne on my chin when I was about 14 as before that my acne was just spots.
At first I thought this inflammation was scarring but the dermatologist has said my acnes not scarring so I don’t know what else it could be, as I have never seen anyone with this type of acne as everyone else just seems to have spots and I don’t know what type of acne mine is called? I thought it might me acne rosacea, which I have heard of, but the dermatologists would have identified this ?
Anyway, I have tried everything for my skin and its really getting me down as I desperately want clear skin and I done know what to do. The doctors said the only thing left for me to try is roaccutane (the dermatologist put me on the cream version of roaccutane called differein cream before as they said it would have the same benefits for me, but without the side effects...but this hasn’t worked)....but they also said my acne isn’t severe enough to use this, and also its got really bad side effects. But they say this is the only thing left for me to try which really scares me because what if that doesn’t even work?
Anyway, this is really getting me down and does anyone have any advice on this please? Id really appreciate it...

is it better to take separate vitamin pills than taking one multivitamin pill per day?
like i need vitamin B, C, E and 21st century "Herbs for Your Skin" tablets for my skin (i have pimples, acnes and blackheads).
i wonder if i should take multivitamins instead but the dosages of each vitamin are lower than what i want.
so what do you think? which one is better?

I have been going to dermatologist for 6 months n still it has just taken my acnes n no real result, tho im visiting best dermatologist. I had been cruel to my skin, used things randomly b4 i started with d dermatologist. I used walnut scrub without a pack, used retin creams, used toothpaste,even used the harsh backcleaner :( .. As a result my pores are large n kind of scrapped,look like wrinkled skin. Skin is oily yet dull, laugh lines r quite elderly looking. Acne scars r there n my nose looks really bad with deep gone blackheads-i've tried all ways to remove them n even tried d saloon, but the lady after 2 months said that i need some chemical treatment. So guys tell me is micro dermabrasion a solution? Also suggest other home remedies n skin care n food tips. My sister is getting married after 1.5 month so i wanna look better. solution 4- 1.dull scapped skin. 2. deep gone blackheads 3. uneven shaped large pores. i got no glow even though im 19yr girl. I've lost confidence.thnx.help
