Will my skin get damaged from acnefree?

I started using proactiv in october, and than because it was more affordable, i started using acnefree in january. I have been using both since. I have heard though that products with benzoyl peroxide can cause skin damage, premature aging, and higher risk for skin cancer. Than people told me to switch to just salicylic acid products, but they don't really do much for me. I am using acne free once a day, and only very little of the lotion and cleanser, (which has benzoyl peroxide) and a decent amount of the toner. I have broken out a bit, but not anything to crazy. Anyways, I plan to keep using it for the mild breakouts/acne i have, in my family acne usually minimalizes by like 18 or so, I know thats what happened for my sister. I just starting using this, Im 17, and yeah. I dont have severe acne, but mild and i like to have clear skin. Will my skin be damaged if I use acnefree?

Something’s wrong with me?

ok, I think there is something strange going on with me.

all of a sudden, I've been sort of in a bad mood, and I've been super sensitive, as in, my feelings have been hurt easily (i've been crying a lot lately).

and the weird part is, i just got off my period last week.

Also, I've been kinda tired lately. I've been going to bed earlier on some nights, and the other day after school I had about a 10 minute nap, and I've also been negative about myself some days this week, which isn't like me.

Also, ANOTHER weird thing, my best friend has been going through the same thing. i asked my mom about this, and she doesn't know.

are these signs of a disease I may be getting or something?

Today I even got a little dizzy.

I have also had constant mood swings. But most of my moods have been bad.

Also, does anyone know any good acne treatments that works for all skin types? i've used Proactive, AcneFree, Cetaphil, and Clean & Clear, and they all worked at first, then caused more breakouts, redness, and/or itching. Thank you!
yeah, as a matter of fact, I am a teenager, i'm almost 14.

What is the best for acne treatment?

I have been using proactiv for a couple of years now, and it has stopped working for me. In the beginning, it cleared up my acne pretty well, but now it does very little.
I heard about the cheaper AcneFree product that they sell at costco, and was wondering if that would work better for me.
I really want to get rid of my acne, but not sure what product to use next.
Please help!

clinique acne solutions clear skin system?

i'm a freshman in high school. in 7th grade my acne got really bad, so my mom got me acnefree. that worked pretty good.. it didn't completely clear my skin, but the huge zits i had on my forehead and nose were gone. i've been using that ever since. but right before i started high school, my skin got even worse than it was in 7th grade. i broke out on my cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, everywhere. and it wouldnt go away. so i got acnefree severe, which made sure i didnt get any more zits, but kept the ones i had there, and really red. so i switched back to the regular acne free, and my skin is slowing healing. i have scars on my cheeks from the zits, but they are fading. but what i really want is to have clear skin. i mean flawless, no zits. i never got that with acnefree. i've always had blackheads on my nose. so, i'm asking if clinique's acne solutions will work on me. what are your experiences with it?
don't try and sell me proactive or anything else. i just want to know if clinique will give me the clear skin i'm looking for.
also, what about clinique's 3-step system? what is the difference between that and the acne solutions?

thanks.
