neutrogena stress control?
I have been using the neutrogena oil-free acne stress-control power-wash for about 3 weeks. I want to get the treatment for it which is the "neutrogena oil-free acne stress-control 3-in-1 hydrating treatment" I have gotten mixed reviews saying it works for some people and some other people say it didnt work and other ppl say it worked at first then their acne got worse. Then i came across an adult using it aying its good for adults with stress, not for teenagers whos hormones make them breakout.
1. does the 3-in-1 hydrating treatment work for teens?
if it doesnt, i want to get the neutrrogena acne therapy system, i heard it works really well (i hope bc ur paying like for it) so does that work for teens?
what is the best acne treatment for my skin?
right now i have pimple on my head up on my scalp, my chin, and nose. those are the most places i guess i am "oily". My skin tends to get dry when i use products. right now iv benn using Clearasil and it does not work. The new things i can choose from to buy are:

Which acne medication should I buy?
Neutrogena Advantage Solutions Complete Acne Therapy System OR Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Control Kit? I have used Pro Active and among others. I am 17 years old, but I don't have really bad acne. I get the whiteheads, blackheads, and about every 2 weeks a huge cystic zit that is underneath the skin. I haven't used an actual acne wash for like almost a year. I wash my face in the morning and at night. Please Help!
Blue Light Therapy for acne?
I am considering blue light therapy for acne, but I have a few questions about it. How often do you need the treatment to keep acne away? once a month? Once a week? Also, how effective is it? I've heard you can get the same results from a tanning bed, but that scares me because I don't want to damage my skin the same way a tanning bed would! Is it true that blue LED treatments are just the same as the UV rays in tanning salons?

I am going into my late teens and I am now having a acne problem. I use Neutrogena on the spot cream and it usually works once I see a bleamish. I also use Neutrogena face wash (if I remember) and I usually get ok but slow results. I am debating if I should get the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Therapy System. What acne system works better?
I have tried proactive and i have tried differin and all those other cleansers. i recently have bought the "clean and clear Spot treatment." not the whole kit just the spot treatment and it is working miracles it keeps my acne down. i only leaves faint red spots due to blemishes and scars. my question is what has worked better for everyone between the "neutrogena complete acne therapy system or the clean and clear advantage kit.' im debating on going to the clean and clear because the spot treatment is working really well or if the neutrogena is actually all around better for clearing up blemishes, scars, acne. and leaving your skin soft and clear. the neutrogena has slightly better reviews. it has almost 4 out of my stars and the clean and clear has about 3 out of 5. neutrogena is also a bit more expensive. I am just curious on what has worked better for people that have tried one of these or both. Answers are greatly appreciated thank you. 10 points to the best review answer.

Tips for acne sufferes;
I've had acne for many years. It's gone from severe to naturally mild, but now it looks clear only because of the things i do to keep aclear face.
There are two ways to keeping your skin clear looking;
1) keeping acne away
Great systems for severe acne are- Acne free or Neutrogena Advanced acne therapy system (proactive is crappy trust me)
for mild/moderate-oxy is a great line and even has a satisfaction guarentee sticker on it/ St.Ivesaprocate scrub with salysicacid
taking hot baths deepcleans pores & afterwards splash freezing water on face to close pores. (over washing produces more oil in the skin which means more sebum)
2) Healing afterwards
Scabs drive us crazy because they make our face look red so i have tips on how to heal quickly.
Buy vitamin e ointment to apply daily directly on scab. Drink Arthur's smoothies because they are jammed packed with vitamins and other essentials that the body uses to heal faster+ less acne can be possible.
eat fruits as well to keep skin healthy and glowing. Take hot baths to help life of scab shorten.
Advanced/Cheap ways to get rid of big pimples:
Aspirin mask is wounderful:)
Just take 10 of them and put it on at nightime before bed leaveon for an hour then wash off and the results should be noticable.
Neutrogena rapid clear spot treatment is the best one i've used, so far so try that one.

Also think positive because less stress=less acne..
i'd also like to add some covering up tips.. Buy a green concealing pen to take away redness and then put your normal powder over it and it'll match skin tone well.
