really dry skin under my right eye?

I think it's due to my goggles from swimming pressing against my face. I've been swimming regularly since fourth grade and I'm in ninth grade now, and this is the first time it's happened to me. I put lotion on everyday and it's not going away. It's dry, flaky, and all red I wanted to put foundation on it to make it looked better but it looked all icky.

My current lotion is Bath&Body's Cucumber Melon.
My foundation is Dream Matte Mousse from Maybelline.
But I don't put it under my eye.
I also use Clean&Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment but I don't put that under my eye.

Is there anything I can do to make it go away?
I really love swimming and don't want to give it up :[

I need a better makeup routine?

I'm fine with my eye/blush/lip makeup, but I need a new foundation/concealer/powder routine. It takes me forever to get ready all because of my makeup. I hate it, but I can’t go out without makeup; I hate my face. I have a lot of redness around my nose, chin, and cheeks. I also have dark circles under my eyes and nothing helps (including sleep, that's just the way they are). I have a few small dry, flaky patches, yet my face is mostly oily. I have several red pimples, along with many red marks left from old pimples. My face gets shiny within an hour and sometimes by the end of the day I feel like my makeup has turned orangey. I need something that’s quicker, covers well, lasts all day, yet still looks natural like I'm not wearing any. I’m wondering if primer would help?

My current routine: Clean & Clear Morning Glow Moisturizer, Advantage Acne Spot treatment, Physician’s Formula green powder, Almay Smart Shade Smart Balance, Maybelline mineral power concealer, Physician’s Formula Organic Wear loose powder.
I can't afford anything expensive. I want to stick to something I could buy at a drug store.. or a Target/Walmart.

Regime/products for blackhead prone skin?

So my current regiment is clinque's 3 step program. I use this morning and night. If I get a pimple, which is every once in a while, I use this acne spot treatment thing from Clean and Clear, and that's it. I never put on make-up, and my skin is combination, with a very oily t-zone.

However, I constantly get blackheads on my nose. I use boire's pore strips about once a week, and they are constantly ripping out huge blackheads, it is disgusting.

Can anyone recommend some good skin cleansing products for my skin? Brand? Types of products? I've heard about cleansing milks, any good?

Thanks
[indrawn]: I've used st. ives apricot cleanser before. It is very abrasive and feels like it is doing more harm than good. Even after using it my skin still has the same amount of blackheads.
And also you aren't supposed to use those removers... almost all the articles I've read from reputable sources tell you not to use those. It causes irreversible damage.

SaraMD: I'm looking for blackhead solutions not acne.

I want some product recommendations, not links to websites unless they have them on it... Most articles mainly list what ingredients should be in the products, when I want to know the products themselves.

Help with breakouts!?

I can't make it stop!! :\ It's like one morning I woke up and my face like declared war or something. I wash my face at least once daily and use special acne-spot treatment but nothing seems to make it stop. Any ideas on what I can do?? I don't use any styling products in my bangs that would clog pores, I pin my bangs back at nite and I really don't wear much makeup, on my forehead especially... except when I breakout and I just ose L'Orael concealer. HELP!!

SOS!!!

What's in your purse?

I'm thinking of starting a handbag line and I'd like to consider the interior pocket designs based on what people carry in their purse.

Here's what's in mine:

- Wallet (credit cards, ID, wallet size pics, etc.)
- PDA phone
- skinny camera
- powder and lipgloss
- keys
- 2 pantyliners and a maxi thin
- small tube of acne spot treatment
- a ponytail holder
- a pumpkin pez dispenser and 1 refill pack
(in case of emergency, for my toddler)
- 2 pens
- about 15 coupons for various stores
- about 10 receipts that I need to reconcile
- a few empty gum wrappers and some loose change at the bottom

How often should I use a mask?

I'm thinking of trying Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser/Mask. I'm going to be using it as mask instead of a cleanser.
How often should I should it? I'm thinking maybe twice or three times a week. Will it be okay?
I don't use a lot of products on my face so it shouldn't be a problem.

My skin routine for morning and night is this:
Use a cleanser
Use acne spot treatment
Use SPF lotion (for morning)
Moisturizing lotion (at night)
Scrub (once a week)
This was the first category they chose for me.
