Will this work for my resistant acne?

I have several whiteheads, pustules, and papules (mostly on my forehead and between my eyebrows) that just won't go away. I am 13, and I don't wear makeup except for powder foundation. I have tried many products containing benzoyl peroxide and saliclyic acid, but nothing seems to make by breakouts any better. I thought that maybe if I use all of my products at night/in the morning, the concentration would help my acne.

I have:
Clean & Clear 3-in-1 exfoliating cleanser ( 5% benzoyl peroxide)
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash ( 2% salicylic acid)
Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 ( 10% benzoyl peroxide)
Nicomide-T Cream ( 4% nicotinamide)
Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment ( 2% salicylic acid)

Please Answer!

In what order should I do this in my skin care routine?

Well, I have a moisturizer that I use, and then an acne spot treatment. I should use the moisturizer first, then the spot treatment, right? Thanks!

What are some good spot treatments?

I'm looking for a powerful acne spot treatment. Drugstore brands would be best, but if there is a completely amazing high end one, please let me know:)

Should I wash my face more than twice a day?

I never really had a major problem with acne throughout my teen years. I am now 21. I used to have very oily skin here and there but my breakouts were under control when I used papaya natural bar soap until I got so curious with the Tea Tree line from The BodyShop and st. ives apricot scrub. I find both of them were just way too harsh for my skin. Then I switch to Aiken Tea Tree Oil with hope I could get rid of my already was acne, ok that was 3 months ago. Then I switch back to the papaya bar soap, but this too didnt seem to work for my skin anymore. I then tried using a sea cucumber extract anti acne facial wash together with the moisturizer. It was ok until the second week I breakout tremendously that I had to switch back to the papaya bar soap. But this time, not only it made my acne worsen, I also get this tight sort of feeling around my cheeks and mouth, it hurts so much when I wash my face especially on the cheeks, and I experience redness all over my face, my pimples look irritated and my skin was overdry. I tried putting Bio Oil since it is used to rehydrate dry skin, I applied it as often as I could but nothing worked. Absolutely nothing. I was depressed with my dry skin. I breakout almost everywhere. My forehead (which I never had pimples on my forehead), My cheeks, jaw line, chin and above my upper lips. There are many of them. I tried using benzoyl peroxide from 5% to 10%, it irritated my pimples. My skin gets really dry and sensitive due to applying too much harsh products on my skin. But then after hours of research through the internet, I found Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser which can be used on baby's skin and wont sting eyes. That pretty much explains how mild and gentle this cleanser is! I've been using this for 2 days, together with neutrogena alcohol free and a cetaphil moisturizer for dry and sensitive skin and not to forget, a clean and clear acne spot treatment. Work wonders! My pimples are shrinking dramatically over night. I only applied once on my red angry pimple. So far, this is the first time in these 4 months period that I have NO NEW PIMPLES growing in a day. like seriously. I can see my existing acne is clearing out. My skin is back to normal and no more dry flaky skin after only 2 times applying little amount of cetaphil moisturizer. I'm happy with my skin condition right now, oh I've been drinking lots and lots of water lately, that helps too I guess. Really sorry for this long message, but I just want to share to everybody how amazing this products are. It takes lots of trial and error until you found the right products for your skin. I would suggest to be more gentle to your skin rather than using harsh chemicals to actually treat your acne. So my question is, I must wash my face 4 times a day, in the morning 6am, after having my lunch around 1pm, after I got back from Uni around 6pm and before bed 12pm. I was told to only wash face twice per day. Is this bad for my skin? I really dont want to ruin my skin. Having a dry flaky skin really is a nightmare for me..

I REALLY need help with my acne!!!!!?

ok...so im 13 and i have reaaallllyyy oily skin. i only get pimples on my t-zone area. i have about 5 or 6 redish not HUGE but bigish pimples on my forehead. and then i have 3 red ones on my chin and a couple around my nose. and then the rest of my tzone area is covered in tiiiinnnyyyy little skin colored pimple bump things....when i put on concealer and foundation their not that noticeable...but it your like talking to me like sitting next to me you can see them. i use cetaphil cleanser for oily skin twice a day. and on the big red pimples i use clean and clear acne spot treatment just on the pimple. ive been using this routine since about a week ago. nothings happening. the pimples on my forehead have gone down a bit but their as red as ever. i mean i know im a teen and im going through puberty and everything but its bugging me so bad. it brings down my self esteem arow to negative 100. my bad skin makes me feel so ugly. =( my mom said oh sweetie your acne isnt that bad you dont need to go see a dermatologist. your just going through puberty and theyll be gone soon enough. we cant really aford to go to a dermatologist anyway. and we cant afford to get me any expensive products. but i do have a job and so i guess if thats what it takes i can buy a product that will help. but ive tried a lot of stuff....and nothings working..and my hope for cear skin is almost out. all my friends have clear beautiful skin and their my age and for some reason they dont get acne...uuugggghhhh I HATE ACNEEEEEE. everybodys like oh use this product it works miracles blah blah blah...i try it and of course it doesnt work or it makes my face worse...PPLLLEEEAAASSEEEE HELLLPPP MEEEEE!!!!!

Is www.cosmeticsdatabase.com a site I can trust?

I've found that a few of my products are stated "dangerous" by this site?
For example, it said that Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment has cancer-causing ingredients, causes reproductive problems, etc?

Should I trust this site and stop using the products they deem to be dangerous?
Thanks!

I've suddenly gotten really bad acne?

I used to get a couple a month, but for the past two months i've been getting tons of acne between my eyebrows, on my forehead, and chin. I don't wear foundations or powder.
My skin gets really dry in the winter, but it's also sort of oily like it is in the summer.

Nothing works. I've used acne spot treatment, acne cleanser, scrubs, masks. The things that used to work for me, no longer do.

Do you have any cheap suggestions for me?
I'm currently using:
clean and clear advantage 8 hour spot treatment, st.ives green tea cleanser, st helens acne mask, and i used vasaline on my cheekes, and clean and clear dual action mosturizer on my acne prone areas.

I'm fed up with acne.
*vasaline lotion.
