I'm freaking out, is this true?!!?!?!?!?

I just read in a n article in a pregnancy magazine that using salycylic acid causes birth defects. Both my moisturizer and my toner and an acne spot treatment I use occasionally contain this. I went to the store and realized that almost ever acne cleanser, moisturizer and toner does. Does this mean that my child is at risk for defects? I'm 21 weeks and have always used the same CLean and CLear moisturizer adn Biore toner (both haev salicylic acid). What am I supposed to use on my face, I haven't stopped breaking out since I've been pregnant!!

I need my pimple gone by tomorrow, what product should I get?

I have a whitehead. Ok, so the products I could buy are : Zap Zyt, Stridex Power Pads, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Cleaser, Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, Clean and Clear Maximum Stregnth Persa Gel, Clean and Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser, or Cetaphil.

Remember: It's a whitehead and I want it gone tomorrow. Thanks :]]
I would pop it, but it's a whitehead. And also, I can't use Proactive because I don't want to order it.

Do the clean and clear products work?

I have just bought the Clean and Clear Morning Burst Facial Cleanser, used it once, and it made my skin super soft. I also bought Clean and Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser, used it a few times, felt really nice on my skin, and made it feel soft. I also just bought Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. I used this last night, and a few of my pimples are still there, but they are a little smaller and less red. Please keep in mind that I have very mild acne, I break out around "that time of the month" and around my nose and my chin sometimes, but it's very mild, small pimples. Of course I do get the occasional huge zit. I have pretty good, soft, non-oily skin, so I just want my nose and chin to clear up, and to have really smooth touchable skin. I plan to use morning burst every morning, and the continuous control acne cleanser at night. I will be using acne spot treatment when needed. I also use a moisturizer for sensitive skin. Thanks

How do I decide what's the best acne treatment for my skin?

My acne isn't that bad. I've never really experienced acne before until now. I am 25 years old, and I have just noticed a breakout. I started using something light, like ambi, and that didn't work. Then I decided to try Neutrogena Anti-Acne Cleanser and mosturizer. In the meantime, I had placed an order for proactiv. So, I used the Neutrogena for about 3 days until the proactiv came, and then I waited about 3 or 4 days (I stopped using the Neutrogena) and began using the proactiv. Well, the proactiv seemed to make it worst. The Neutrogena wasn't given me any problems though, I just thought the proactiv would work quicker. But, it didn't. It just dried my face out and it itches from time to time. I have an appointment with the Dermatologist this coming wednesday so, I wll have to see what he says for me to use. But, do you think that using the Neutrogena is good?

What is the best acne cleanser to use!! HELP!?

I have combination skin - my cheeks and under my nose get dry easily, but my nose is very oily. I also have lots of blackheads on the sides of my nose. Is there an acne cleanser, preferably a scrub, that will leave my skin soft, pimple-free, and not oily? Thanks!

And... any other products you can recommend to help with the oils on my nose would be great appreciated :)
