What did CVS wash do to me!?

So, I decided to use the Pink Grapefruit CVS brand oil free acne wash over the Dove Beauty Bar, as someone recommended, and I ended up in the hospital due to a severe chemical burn, causing my body to go almost completely numb, making me dizzy, and so on due to the harsh chemicals absorbing into my skin. Instead of helping my acne, it put me in a terrible position.

I should have known to take the advice of someone off of Yahoo Answers lol.
@CJ: I didn't use both of the products at once.. Just purchased them at the same time. I have been studying my skin for 6 years now, and I really don't think that I would be that stupid lol.

im 22 and STILL getting pimples! any help?

i'm 22 years old and still have acne all over my face. they are not big gross nasty ones but those little annoying ones under the skin. i have combination skin where its oily on my forehead, t zone and chin then dry on my cheeks. occasionally i get a big painful pimple along my hairline or on my chin. i have blackheads on my nose and i wash my face daily...i wear makeup. i have used stride x, clearasil, clean and clear, biore, olay, noxema, nutragena (which gave me a serious bacterial infection), products from avon, and st. ives...different times over the past 6 years. i dont have a ton of money for like proactive or differen and like i said they are not huge pimples where i would need that stuff. any suggestions or even simple at home treatments? ive tried toothpaste and that does NOTHING! please help and no lame answers PLEASE!

Need advice on Acne treatment?

To give a little background, I have had moderate acne for about 6 years (im 18) and have tried an array of things. I tried Proactiv, Neutrogena, and all of the other over the counter acne treatments. I finally went to a dermatologist last year and was prescribed Epiduo gel and the antibiotic Doryx with no luck. Then he prescribed Benzaclin to me (Benzoyl peroxide with Clindmaycin) and that reduced my acne dramatically. But i still have mild acne and will get the little zits on my cheeks and cysts on my chin. I hate Benzoyl Peroxide because it dries out my skin (Prob why im still breaking out) so any advice would be greatly appreciated!! (By the way I am htinking of trying out Pronexin, any thoughts on the product would be great)

What are easy ways that will help keep my skin rejuvenated?

I am 20, have two fine lines under my eyes and have been battling moderate-severe acne for the past 6 years. My acne has toned down slightly, derm prescribed Retin-A (will begin use soon). My skin is slightly scarred, has open poors, and appears to be rough. Also, discoloration and red marks from acne. I am looking into more expensive and helpful treatments, but for simple at home care (i.e. products from stores, etc.) what should I do?

Is the HGH – Human Growth Hormone really as good as it seems to be? Are their any bad effects from using it?

Their seem to be many "Fake" pills you can buy that claim to be HGH but actually only contain a very small percentage of the hormone. I found one with an article making it sound like the greatest thing in the world...with quotes from real users, etc. I don't sleep well, suffer from depression, have no energy anymore, don't eat much but can't seem to loose the weight, basically it sounds like this pill fixes everything that's wrong with me. I'm 25 ( tommorrow ) and 6 years ago i was completely different...thinner, more energized, happier, etc. I really want to try this hormone even if the effects occur over time, but i don't want to get the "fake" ones. How do i know if it's the real thing.

Will dermatologists prescribe accutane to a patient without severe nodular acne?

I've had acne for about 6 years now and I'm fed up with it. I did go see a dermatologist about a year ago, and he refused to give me accutane. My parents as well refused to let me use the drug because my family has a history of suicide. I have gone through every over-the-counter drug, and also about 3-4 different prescribed pills to help my problem. Proactive has worked somewhat, but only on my face, while I have it on my neck and back.
Since I am 18 now, i want to see a dermatologist on my own so I won't need parental permission to use the drug, however I do not have my own insurance. Any advice toward my problem will be a big help.

I have previosuly asked this question with no answer, My son is growth hormone deficient, what are the side?

What are the side effects from taking the growth hormones for an extended period of time? He has been taking them for 17 months and will be taking them for another 5/6 years.
I have had these discussions with his specialist, his pediatrician, and his nurse assigned to his case. I was just hoping that another non professional human being has had the same experience and can give me some input.

Do you think treatment preventing acne was giving me acne?

I have had acne for 6 years and have tried so many things but, of course, nothing worked. However, I recently started using a basic 3 step skin system with no treatment and just an oily skin formula and my skin cleared up in a week. So, I'm beginning to wonder...?
