How long did it take before your stretch marks turned white/grey?
I know every woman is different, but I was just curious for those of you who unfortunately got them due to pregnancy, How long did it take before they faded to white or grey? With or without using creams and such. If you used any remedies to help fade them, what did you do or use?
I have some stretch marks, even though they have faded a lot in the past 5 months since my beautiful sons birth, they still look awful.

I have been a Vegan for about 6 months. I was a Vegetarian for about 5 months. How can I go from being Vegan > Vegetarian > To eating everything else. How can I do this without gaining weight back? I've heard stories that people will gain weight back. Can I eat stuff in small portions to get my body use to it or what?

I'm wondering as I'm getting surgery tomorrow on my leg, and decided to go with a spinal instead of a nerve block. I'm wonder what it consists of, how much it hurts, what are the biggest risks.
I choose this instead of the nerve block due to having severe nausea last time with it and minor nerve problems (numbness going on about 5 months now).

How long does it take to build up endurance to run 90 minutes?
My fitness goal (which i'm starting now) is to be able to run 90 minutes (or jog at a faster pace). How long do you think it'll be before I can do that? assume i'm starting from scratch (which im not, I've been doing this for a while, just not the right way), and im 20 yo, female. any tips? my goal is to do this in the next 3-5 months... is it possible?

Hi, i'm 17 years old and a 3 times British Taekwondo champion and i have a european fight in 2 months. I was not going to enter this fight because 5 months ago i had a bad groin pull. I however feel i could compete in this fight, and i want to know will HGH help me with my stamina, and building off lean muscle /reduction of a little excess weight? Are they safe to use? What are the side effects..etc
