Wheelchair users, would you use any of these wheelchair bags. I'm making one for my grandpa. Please do click?

I would like to know if you would use any of them for yourself and which one and if you use that kind of wheelchair that has the huge wheel at the side and is manually pushed by another person as opposed to the electric scooter. My grandpa has the kind you push. I am making him C, in the lower right and in beige. Also, would you want a liner put in or would you not really care either way? The pattern doesn't call for a liner.

I was also thinking about sewing on 2 additional loops on it, one on each side, in case they want to hang it over those grip/push handles that come off of the back at the top for people to push you around.

I'm not going to ask him these questions because I am making it a surprise. so I will be asking all of you here.
