What was the name of this movie from the late sixties – early seventies?

It was about this older lady who was in a wheelchair. She had a two story house and her stairs had a special lift or she had an elevator, I forget which. A group of young people (hippies maybe?) came into her home and held her hostage and eventually killed her I believe.. I do know that one of the men (I think it was 2 men and a girl) poked her eyes out and said something like "I'm going to fry in the electric chair baby" Forgive me for being so vague, it was so long ago and I was a child when I saw it.
Yes, that's it, Lady in a cage. Maybe the guy poked the wino's eyes out? I think I was 8 or 9 when I saw this movie. I remember it scared me pretty bad. I'm going to watch it again if I can find it!
