What is the best exercises to tone your body, and how long will it take me?
I need to lose 70lbs. I know it is going to take me a long time. My main thing I want to do is tone my body up before summer so I can try and look a little better. Does anyone know the best exercises to do to tone your body. How long do you think it would take?

Are you kidding? There are hundred of different exercises and activities for all of the different muscles.
Sign up to a gym – they are experts on the subject, and know all of these exercises. They can choose the right ones for your level too.
And it takes months and months of effort – get started now!

One of the best exercises you can do is running,or sit-ups. It would also help if you stopped drinking soda,and eating chips and candy. But, don’t totally obsess about your diet and weight, otherwise it will make it harder to do. But, all you should have to do is, eat a lil healthier and work out. Like maybe 50 crunches a day, and running for about 15-30 minutes and replace your junk food with fruits&veggies and replace soda with water, or whole fruit juice. Hope this helps!! :))

First things first, you have to start a low calorie meal plan but you have to stick with it and you have to burn more calories than you consume each day, but you say you want to tone up…my best advice is run every day and i don’t mean jogging, you have to run as hard as you can cause if you jog you re only going to burn 100 or so calories an hour. The harder you push yourself the more calories are burnt but mainly eat less and run hard!
