Supplementing with L-Tryptophan to get the benefits of increased growth hormone?
I have a few questions about supplementing with tryptophan for this benefit.
-how much and when should it be taken?
-how long should it be taken?
-are there any harmful effects associated with taking L-tryptophan in teenagers
-in the end is it worth it?
Ps: I am mainly looking for advice from a professional or someone who has done some research.
