  2. Very Good! I was even told by my doctor that stretching the hamstrings doesn’t do much for the lower back, but since I’ve kept my hammies loose, my back is feeling better.

  5. Sure, that’s because it’s an infomercial, but you can glean some info from this and other ‘active isolation’ videos on youtube. You can replay it as many times as you like and it’s free ;)
