In fact, I just saw an advertisement for Vitamix in a magazine that actually states you can make “steaming hot soup” by putting veggies in a vitamix for 5 minutes.
So you can definitely heat things up quite a bit if you run it too long, it seems. haha

there is plenty of protein in raw greens. he also put some flax in there which is quite high in protein as well.

LOL! I must say I’ve never quite seen a green smoothie like this. Green beans, you say. haha. I like it.
Also, watch out with the vitamix because I’ve heard if you run it too long it can get a little warm and start warming your juice.
