    there is plenty of protein in raw greens. he also put some flax in there which is quite high in protein as well.

  6. LOL! I must say I’ve never quite seen a green smoothie like this. Green beans, you say. haha. I like it.

    Also, watch out with the vitamix because I’ve heard if you run it too long it can get a little warm and start warming your juice.

  7. In fact, I just saw an advertisement for Vitamix in a magazine that actually states you can make “steaming hot soup” by putting veggies in a vitamix for 5 minutes.

    So you can definitely heat things up quite a bit if you run it too long, it seems. haha
