Hi Boris,
My mom has alot of pain in her left knee. She stands for 5-6 hours when she works, sits of and on. The pain started 4 months ago. The pain runs from base of her foot to top of her hip. Its sharp pain on the lateral side of her leg. It hurts when she sits and stands. When she bends her leg, she’s in alot of pain.
I did pressure points surrounding her left knee cap and it’s painful. Can you please let me know what she might have and what techniques I can do to help her?
THANKS!

Dear Boris,
Thank you for posting these instructional videos. They are extremely informative, helpful, and relaxing to watch. I wanted to know if the remainder of the plantar fasciitis video is available (is is cut off at the end of this video). It was posted some time ago, but was removed. I have suffered from PF on and off and your video was very helpful. If the remainder of this video can be reposted here, I would be extrmely grateful.
Best,
Alan

All 84 YouTube fragments are extracted from my 20 DVD collection therefore plantar fasciitis protocol existing on DVD#9. I will have to talk to technical support person. Don’t know when he will be available to do it but I will request.
Best wishes.

Hi Boris – I dislocated my left patella some three years ago – it still aches a fair bit and generally feels a little week. Would you recommend this medical massage to help reduce the aching or would a different technique be appropriate? Thank you for your ongoing video uploads; they are very informative and helpful! Best wishes, James.

All your brilliant massage therapy could be even more effective if firstly, a common essential oil for pain relief and inflammation was applied.

@jamesbevis2 three years it’s kind of longtime. Usually better to start address it like 72 hours after injury. In such a case a lot more can be done including management of scar tissue formations. Having said it you need to address it to slow down developments of post injury degenerative changes.part of the treatment directed to stimulate local metabolism which will decrease pain sensation and will restore muscular insufficiency. In any case I would recommend to see a doctor for examination.
