McConnell Taping for the Knee




Basic McConnell taping for the knee. Very effective for pain relief if you have Patellofemoral Syndrome. Sorry fr or the poor quaility of the video, when I get a chance to re-shoot it I will.

    then need to be taped? just then u training, or u can use all the time?
