  6. @monton3 if you have a significant you should get your knee examined by a professional health care provider. If my knee were injured I’d have a physical therapist i trusted do the exam. Only after performing a physical exam can someone reliably assess the significance of an injury and a course of treatment.

  8. @hombremaya ice is nice as long as you don’t over do it.

  9. Thanks so much for this – you’ve done me a real service here.
    As my knees complain about the amount of ice skating they’ve had to contend with, this is really good. ‘Only a minute or so per knee and they feel really good and warm – far better than the warm up leg rotations that I do before skating. Give it a try people – what harm can it do?

  11. all i can say is wow!!!
    i did dis once on each knee and my left knee was injured a little bit and wen i wuld walk i felt a little pain but when i would sit down i had to move my leg because it would hurt alot if i left it in one position…
    well i tried your video last night before i went to bed and im
    idiately it felt better and warm, so i tried it again with some ointment called atomic balm and i wrapped up my knee and now its the next morning and i feel 95% better…

  15. k i really need help, my right knee hurts SO much right now. When i walk every step hurts, i can barely run and play ball, and i don’t know how to treat it. When I push off something with my right leg, the inside of my knee hurts, its also the same when stretch my leg.My first time goin to the doctor she told me to just rest my knees and do less sports. I’m afraid if I go the second time, the doctor might say the same thing, so i’m asking if anyone got any medications that can help heal my knee?

  16. oh! i want to say….Very very THANK YOU for the people who made this video..u know it really helps me a lot….I’m a Filipino and Im a dancer..then my problem is my knee because it hurts a wild…..I dance the TINIKLING..and you know I can’t lift my legs because of my knee ..it hurts…and our presentation is tomorrow that’s why its a rush to me….

  23. i am a dancer and have had knee injuries for a while now. while they are much better than they used to be, there is still a little bit of constant pain and aching. i tried this and it released a lot of the pressure and pain in my knee! thanks very much for this!!!! it helped!!
