How would a 13 year old girl curl?
I want the muscles in my arms to stand out a little, so how would I go about curling? My mom has a couple light weight, and my brother has a set of 12 pound weights. Which ones should I use, and how many reps and everything?

i dont think you want to get hench arms.
for mass and size go for 4-8 reps
to tone the muscle do around 8-12 reps
do bicep curls, hammer curls, tricep dips, pressups, skull crushers/tricep extensions and chin ups. for good arms. for the body weight exercises do as many reps as you can. unless you want to get big arms then add some weight onto your chest or back or whatever and do 8 reps.
when i say do these certain amount of reps, make sure your arms are burning on the last 2 or 3.
i dont mean get 5lb dumbells and curl for 15 reps then stopping even though you could do 15 more.
