How to treat my bad anxiety today?
I have been having anxiety and depression for about 3 years now. I get anxiety the worst if I have work the next day, or have something important that day. Usually I don't actually end up going to It because I will feel like I'm on the verge of having a panic attack. I have never gotten and treatment for this.
Today this has happened and because of other reasons I have more stress then usual.
How can I relieve my stress and anxiety today naturally?

There are quite a few natural treatments for stress and anxiety. Many herbs have been shown to provide a lot of relief to people with anxiety. I use Rooibos which is starting to get quite popular for anxiety relief (its a herb from South Africa. Can be made into a tea). It’s really helped me a lot.

if you have extreme reactive behavior towards something, which make you very scare, then it might be panic attack.
