How to stop a chocolate addiction?



I'm a woman and by nature, I have a high chance of loving chocolate. Quite frankly, I am a chocoholic. I need chocolate or a little bit of it everyday or else I get antsy. If we don't have any dark chocolate, I'll make something using cocoa powder (which I ALWAYS have in the house). I don't like being dependent on things. How can I stop my addiction?

  1. just limit yourself. Say your usual would be 2 bars of hersheys a day…do that for about a week, and then next week do only 1 and 1/2 – then the next week only do one a day (of course, you’d be breaking the bar into sections throughout the day).
    Then, you could eventually get to 1 bar every 2 days – then 1 bar a week. But being a chocoholic isn’t that bad of a thing xD

  2. eat so much chocolate that it makes you sick and you will never want to eat it again or try the extra coco arm patch or chewing gum(sugar free)
