How to start eating meat and dairy again without gaining weight back?
I have been a Vegan for about 6 months. I was a Vegetarian for about 5 months. How can I go from being Vegan > Vegetarian > To eating everything else. How can I do this without gaining weight back? I've heard stories that people will gain weight back. Can I eat stuff in small portions to get my body use to it or what?

Eat like an Atkins Diet or South Beach Diet, they are sensible diets with limited breads and other grains. Focus on vegetables and fruits (less on the fruits) and sensible proteins like eggs and milk and clean meat – meaning no deli meats, just baked or roasted meats. Consider legumes instead of meats as well, as they have protein, but limit your carbs.
