How to practice time management in everyday life?



I'm a small business owner and I'm a mom as well with 3 year old identical twins and a husband. How to devote time for my family when I'm running a business. My husband has also his own business and we both are having a hectic schedule. What i really want is to spend more time with the kids and my husband...When i came home i always feel overtired and overworked and stress. Any tips?

  1. • Use a calendar and put everything into the calendar and stick to whatever schedule has been there.
    • Plan ahead of time. You may do it daily, weekly or monthly as long you work on that plan.
    •Create a list of everything that you need to get done in order of priority and work on the rest of the list.
    • Do one thing at a time and don’t multitask. If you multitask on things you are more likely to get stress and overwhelm.
    • Limit the distractions by turning off phone and email notifications and no chitchat during work hours. Avoid spending your time to your less valuable activities.
    • Allow some time to relax
    • Do not procrastinate
