How to make your body more filled out?
Ok, Im 14, 93 pounds, 5 foot & not filled out at all. I want to be more filled out. How do i do this? Any tips/suggestions?

P.S. Im not allowed to eat anything with sugar, gluten,paprika,eggs,tomatoes, nuts, peanuts, or soy.

Please dont listen to the people who tell you to "eat a lot". It will no fill you out it will only make you look fat and we dont want that. Squats are the best exercise to make girls look good as it will define your lower body/butt. Start doing squats now and if you dont know how to, ask your gym coach. It is fairly simple. Next is to run. Trust me on this one. Make sure you do short sprints on a track and dont go for longer runs. Also stay away from junk food and eat real foods which will make you look healthy. Eat bigger portions I’m 14 years old and I’m 6 foot and 135 lbs but that’s normal for a guy but I see girls at my school who are good looking and eat the same amount of food I eat Which is a lot but they have a models body just when you want to stop growing so much go back to your old routine

With all those food allergies just be happy you’re healthy.
