I always get a little tickle in my throat at the worst possible times.
No matter how much I drink and cough it won't go away for like 5 minutes.
It makes my eyes water alot and it's embarassing when your in class.
How do I make it go away fast?
You might have an anxiety disorder sometimes a person feels a lump in their throat when its not there. Or it could be GERD its where you have acid in the throat and thats probably what is causing that. Another thing is post nasal drip its when mucus travels behind the nose and leaks down the throat and that could be causing it. So if you have the anxiety thing go see a psychiatrist for medicine. If you have GERD take prilosec and antiacids. If you have post nasal drip take a sudafed and flush your nose with warm water basically called nasal irrigation.
