How to lose weight from my stomach and still keep my breasts?
Well im not fat but i used to have a really flat stomach and now it kinda sticks out a bit. How can i get the flat stomach back and still keep my breasts as there not very big as it is i dont want them getting any smaller - 32b.
Also my face has gotten a bit fat recently so how can i lose weight from that aswell. And my bum.

There’s nothing wrong with a woman having a small stomach-just so long as the belly doesn’t stick out farther than the boobs. You can do abdominal exercises to try to tighten up the abdominal wall. Chances are if you are a 32b you have very little body fat to begin with.

By keeping your metabolism (the rate at which you burn food for fuel) super-high… This should develop the mammary glands by eating breast healthy protein rich food but burn your fats as well. My sister has tested the method herself so I’m pretty sure on that :D
