How to keep track to my kids growth? How to improve his health?
My sons basic details are : Age: 4 years 3 months, Weight: 33 Lb, Height: 40 Inches. I am worried that he is very skinny, very less muscles in hands and legs, He does not take interest in eating, his mom feeds him most of the time. He has poor immune system, as he falls ill quickly.
Please help me giving genuine suggestions, how to improve his health? What diet patterns should I follow being vegetarian. Suggestion of any good exercises for him are greatly appreciated. Please help.
