How to increase your push ups in 42 days from 35 to 55?



How to increase your push ups in 42 days from 35 to 55? I can easily complete multiple sets, but as I train I don't know if doing as many sets of as much as you can to increase your reps or doing multiple sets will be best?

  1. Go to your max one day(so push on to 40-45) than do 35 the next, and keep doing that, you’ll notice you’ll stretch your max pretty quickly, most likely you’ll get it done in 10-15 days.

    To get the most from your push-ups though, try a routine, to hit some extra muscle-groups. You’ll notice if you change your arm position, you can do more push-ups in a row too.

  3. On daily basis, increase one push-up per day cumulatively.
