How to I use peroxide to brush my teeth?
I have been reading questions and they have been saying brushing with peroxide will help remove coffee stains from teeth. Is this true?
And do I just dip the tooth brush into the peroxide and brush? Or do I mix it with tooth paste, and how often?

It really does help. Use 1 teaspoon of 3% peroxide to 8 teaspoons of water and use as mouthwash for 2-3 minutes. Do this 2 times a weekâdon’t over do it, as it could, potentially, ruin your teeth/strip away your gums. A safer alternative is to dissolve baking soda into water, and use that as a mouthwash instead.
P.S. The baking soda method tastes gross, but is worth a try.

There is a device called Waterpic. I use it. You fill it up with water and peroxide. It is a water flosser.

I thought it was used as a mouthwash.
