   Go to the store and get either Lubriderm lotion or Aloe lotion and put it on after you get out of the shower AND before you go to bed at night. Be sure it is 100% dry before you put your clothes on so it doesn’t get rubbed off. Overnight it should clear up for the most part. If you can, try to get the Aloe first. If you can’t find it, then the Lubriderm works almost as good!

   Take coldish showers or milk baths , and after that get aloe and gently rub it all over your body and this is gonna sound awkward, but stand there unclothed til it dries. Where light, breezy clothes and if your sunburn hurts take Ibuprofen. If you begin to peel, moisturize it with Lubriderm. Also, try not to irritate your skin with harsh chemicals and make up and definitely try to stay out of long term sun exposure for now.
