I've been suffering from severe depression, paranoia and social phobia since past three years. During this time, i've been home bound most of the times. There was a time when i was scared to even leave my room, and felt insecure even in my own room lest anyone should visit me.
Now i'm feeling a lot better, though i'm still scared to go out of the house. How do i build confidence to beat the fear of going out?

Just ignore everything and step outside.
