How often should I have a bicep workout for maximum growth?
Hey, I have seen different things, some say once a week some say even twice a week, when my friend was on steroids he did it everyday! Ha, but I want maximum size.. So how often should I do my bicep routine?

Two to three times a week maximum. Your muscles needs rest. Don’t over train them, I said 2 to 3 times a week, but not to failure every time.

No more than twice a week, give yourself time to recover, or you will over train them, possibly strain, or further injure them.
