How often should I drink green tea to lose weight?



People have told me green tea helps you lose weight. How often should I drink it for the best effect? And how much?

  1. The best way to lose weight is through a balanced diet and regular exercise. Green Tea is a powerful antioxidant that can aid in weight loss by improving your metabolism, which in turn allows your body to burn fat faster.

    It is usually recommended to drink 3-4 cups of Green Tea a day in order to receive its full health benefits. In Japan, we usually drink Green Tea together with our meals.

  4. Everyday, like every morning. If you drink coffee every morning you could swap it with gree tea as its healthier and you can drink as much green tea as you can/want. It not only contains vitamins and nutrients but it also has water which will keep you hydrated and help you loose weight faster thats why green tea is a good tea to loose some weight. Overtime you’ll see the difference, healthies skin and mind and less weight.
