How often can you eat certain foods to reap its benefits?
I love to read about all the wonderful things certain fruits, vegetables, fish, and seafood does for our bodies whenever I eat them. Say, I'm eating an avacado. How often do I need to eat it to benefit from it on a regular basis. I love to eat sushi. I eat it at least every couple weeks. I always eat the fresh kind, not the fried variety. I get salmon, tuna, avacado, cucumber, etc. All those things are very healthy but does eating it once every couple weeks make a difference?
