How much weight can i loose if i starve myself for two weeks?



I am 17 years old. I weigh 191. I am beyond over weight and I just wanna know how much I will loose if I starve myself. Or if you guys have any suggestions on how to loose weight quick.

  1. What I did was calorie control diet, so I only allowed myself 1200 calories about a day it doesn’t matter if you go over by 100 but just try to meet the target. Also get in the state of mind that you want to loose weight it really helps. Cut down on sugary/chocolate things, you can still have them start off with having just one thing every 2 days to cure the craving. Drink water I can’t protest enough, I used to hate it but whenever I’m hungry now I have a glass of water and see if I’m still hungry. Walk everywhere or stroll it helps getting you metabolism going. You don’t have to eat fruit and veg, just limit what you eat, you can still have the things you like but in smaller portions. In a day I just eat my breakfast and my dinner and so far I’ve lost 37 lbs. You can do anything you put your mind to, hope you do it. Oh and in answer to your question you could probably loose about 10 pounds if you really pushed it.

  2. How about you be smart and eat healthy and EXERCISE, instead of ruining your body.

  3. Try a liquid diet instead. Read them up. Starving yourself doesn’t work, it’s unhealthy, and dangerous. Also, in the long run you would gain the weight back if you starve yourself.

  6. Starving your self slows down your metabolism which leads to less weight loss. Start by walking for 30 minutes a day and diet. Don’t just do one or the other, trust me.

  7. First of all it doesn’t matter how much you weigh, starving your self is wrong. You could get addicted to this and keep doing it an die. If you want to lose weight consider a diet. My mom has lost 10 pounds from doing a diet in two weeks. Good luck with whatever you decide. And remember no matter what anyone thinks it’s not what’s on the outside, it’s what’s on the inside.

You could lose a few pounds, but you’ll feel faint, probably pass out and as soon as you eat normally again, you’ll put it all back on because your body will cling to the little food you give it. Just try a healthy diet. It will take longer, but the results will last and it will be beneficial to your health. Xx

  9. I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but starving yourself isn’t the way you want to loose weight! You wanna say, I went for a run/ to the gym everyday and I accomplished something!
    And besides, when you starve your body for under a month, your body stores fat, because it thinks it’s not going to get any food, so you’ll actually loose like 6 pounds in two weeks, so DO not starve yourself!!

  10. Don’t do that. Starving yourself can only lead to more complications. You need to examine what foods you are eating. Are you snacking on junk food? Eat 3 well balanced meals a day, drink a lot of water (flushes the toxins from your body). If this is not the case, see your doctor.
